staff was professional, coureous,well informed, took questions, gave suggestions, asked for input. Boat was clean. Kept on schedule. We saw over 1000 dolphins and sea lions. Told us all about them and the different kinds.

This was the best money I spent on the entire trip. Was a wonderful experience enjoyed by everyone on board. The crew of the cruise were great...very friendly...interacting with all and very helpful.

The tour started right on time. The boat was clean. The Captain was great as was his first mate. We saw hundreds of dolphins - wow! A couple of sea lions and a rare hump back whale. The Captain has an excellent eye and feel for the whale was able to track and find him as well as keep him in our sites for quite some time. He even stayed out a bit longer because this whale was just hanging out. It was great. They had snacks and beverages available. It couldn't have been any better. The first mate filled us in on interesting details about the whales they see and dolphin in the area. I would highly reommend this tour - even if you get stunked it will be a pleasant journey and memory.

The staff and crew were informative and friendly. The catamaran was the perfect boat to enjoy the scenery and watch for any kind of wildlife. We didn't get to see a whale, but our captain found a large pod of dolphins. The dolphins had a blast racing the boat and coming up to swim along side and under the front of the boat. The viewing deck on the bow was perfect for picture taking and for small children to safely get up close and personal. Then after trying hard to find us something else, the captain took us to see a group of sea lions resting on a buoy. The entire 2-hour tour was relaxing and great fun and went by way too fast. Highly recommend the company for the employees and price as well as a wonderful way to enjoy the coast.

The staff was straightforward, helpful and made an effort to educate us on the sea life around us. They also made an effort to ensure we saw animals...we saw hundres of dolphins surrounding the boat. What a wonderful experience and well worth the money. My 2 year old loved it!

I was pleasantly surprised with our tour! I was an amazing experience..I would highly recommend for both couples and families with children!

We decided to to the Catamarn Cruise on 6/2/2010. We had a party of eight people four adults and four kids. Purchasing the tickets from Zerve was very easy and we got exactly what we paid for. The captain and 1st mate were great. The boat was wonderful and the weather couldn't have been better. We saw two different whales and LOTS of dolphins. The experience was one that the kids will always remember. Thank you for a safe and wonderful experience.

I wasn't sure about going out at 5:00 pm but it was great. We saw hundreds of common dolphins that like racing the boat and two fin whales. I grew up in California and never went on a whale watching boat. I wish I had done it a long time ago.

was not pleased with the leaders decision to change fishing locations so late in the activity. alot of time was wasted that could have been used fishing.

I was really excited for this trip, but a few things bothered me. First of all, the boat ride out to our "spot" took FOREVER. Like 45 min. to an hour. Which I didn't think anything of until the ride back, which seemed to only take about 20-30 min. Hmm. The event was supposed to have been from 5:30 to 10:30, but we headed back a little after 9:00. We were shorted an hour or so, which when you count the time it took to get there, means we didn't fish for very long. A bunch of people caught some small stuff and one guy caught a fairly large Halibut, but I was a little disappointed in the crew when they went to filet the Halibut, the customer that caught it didn't want all of the fish. So a bunch of people started asking for a portion, but the crew member decided it would be split among the crew instead of handed out to PAYING customers. Wow. Thanks guys. We paid you to take us on a supposed 5 hour fishing trip, got about 2 hours of fishing in and you got to keep the fish. I will say that the crew was pretty nice and helpful, but I guess I would be too if I knew I was going home with some free fish. I don't think I'll EVER do one of these trips again with this company, not worth my time or money. But I would like to find a company that would offer a better experience.

We had a WONDERFUL time on our cruise. We did not see any whales, but that seems to be common for that time of the year. But our captain did all he could to find something, even going back out a ways to find some dolphins and they were the highlight!! They actually swam with us, right under the boat. I got some fantastic pictures and it was the time of a lifetime. We were comfortable on the boat and all five of us had a wonderful time!! My oldest got a little seasick and they came and checked on him at least three times! Also, they have a great lunch deal - ask for the hot dog. We had a fantastic trip and would do it again in a heartbeat. Plus, you can't beat the price!! LOVED IT!!!

The crew were very competent and helpful and the boat was large and comfortable. Although we didn't see any whales we did get to see a lot of dolphin pods which was neat. Overall I would say it was a good experience. If we had the good fortune of viewing whales I would probably do it again. The dolphins were fun but, if I knew thats all we were going to see, probably wouldn't do it over again. Not that thats any fault of the crew. I know there is always an element of chance with this type of excursion. Based on my experience I may try it again but, if so, would try to schedule the reservation when a whale sighting was more likely (i.e. the right season).

We had a wonderful time. The enthusiastic staff really made the experience better. We were overwhelmed and mesmerized. We had the good fortune of finding 2 blue whales and a large school of playful dolphins.

Great whale watching trip! Captain was very knowledgeable and we followed and watched the whale for more than an hour. Seas were calm, weather beautiful, and the boat very comfortable.

We went out with Larry and Mike and enjoyed this trip tremendously. Since we did not see a whale on the first trip we were given an opportunity to go on the following trip at no charge. Larry and Mike work hard trying to find whales and interact with guests. They make you feel like you are a long time friend. On both trips other passengers got sick and they were constantly checking on them and were concerned about them. Great job and we did see a whale on our second trip.
