| It is wonderful to see these large gentle creatures. It would be a good idea if speed boats did not disturb the whales during the migration. You could also offer these trips to school students at discounted rates. Then local schools would organize whale watching trips. It would a good idea, if you could offer more adverturous SCUBA diving or snorkeling to see whales from under water. | ||||||

| Although we didn't see any whales, the dolphins made up for it. There were hundreds of them. What a great experience. The marine biologist provided indept information on the various types whales and dolphins, the sea lions and the birds. The rest of the crew was very professional, friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to another tour with you and will recommend you to our friends. Thanks for a grand time! Ute PS. It might not be a bad idea to remind your prospective clients of the possibility of sea sickness. | ||||||

| We had a good time but we wish we could have gone a little further out. We both feel that we would have had a better time and caught more fish if we had not been so close to the shore. | ||||||

| Everything was great...the crew was good but, they spent more time traveling to a site than staying there to fish. It was rather frustrating to b/c with children you spend time getting them ready to fish, which on average they only stayed in each spot for 15-20 min. Its a 5 hour trip with 4 destenations and we got about 20 min in each spot. you do the math! My kids still loved it, but it did not give them any time to get ready, bait, or enjoy the little time they had to fish. | ||||||

| Whale watching is a great activity for people of any age. While we were out we saw 2 whales & watched for at least 20 minutes, plus saw a few dolphins and lots of California Sea Lions. The boat crew was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out the wildlife and telling a bit about them. They were very friendly from the first greeting to inviting us to come back again when we left. I will definitely go whale watching at Dana Wharf again. | ||||||

| The trip was fun at first, saw pods of dolphins and sea lions, but there was no Whale. It was altogether an alright trip, but I would explore other similar tours if another occasion arise for whale watching. | ||||||

| We weren't lucky enough to see a whale, but received a free pass to try again! Mother nature doesn't always cooperate. Everything was well run, on time & the crew was curtious. It was a nice way to see the coast from a different perspective & spend time on the water. | ||||||

| I went Whale watching from the Dana Point Harbor on March 14 at 9 am. Saw 3 whales. One of them breached 5 times. One of the whales started doing mating behaviors and we saw them mate. We even saw the whales give each other a hug as part of the mating behavior. Amazing!!! The guide was very knowledgable as well. | ||||||

| This is one of the worst experiences that I had. The customer service received at this place was by far one of the most horrid situations. I got passed from person to person and each time had to retell a story and then got accused and blamed myself for a mistake on their end that they refused to acknowledge. The sad part is that I had proof in my hands, had an extensive call record with details, but there was still a lack of wanting to even look at this. Bringing a group of eager students from a university, this was an exciting trip and we had to buy tickets ahead of time. Because of mistakes on the company's end, we are now out several hundred dollars and they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake and work with us. Now I'm in the process of trying to work through legal means to get our money back and try to move on from one of the worst situations of customer service and organization that I have ever seen!!! | ||||||

| We are from Wisconsin and purchased tickets in advance. This worked very well. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to cancel our 1200 reservation, but were able to quickly reschedule to the 1600 time slot by going online. The cruise was very nice, even though we did not see any whales. We were given the replacement tickets for a later date. (I'm not sure when we would use them.) Overall, still worth the trip! Thanks!!! | ||||||
