Snorkel, Kayak & Sail - Danger's Key West Full-Day

The weather was not the best, we started out 30 minutes later than scheduled due to the rain and lightning. My wife and I had a great time. The crew, Megan, Bryan and Don were super. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Always positive that the rain would stop. We kayaked first due to the weather, super stuff. We saw nerf sharks mating. Some big ones too. We were amazed, got a excellent history of the mangrove and how they filter the salt from the water to live. Rain finally stopped and we were on to snorkel, it wasn't the very best we had , but it was still very kool. Very safe - jackets & noodles were there if you wanted. The lunch was good, plenty to eat. They also had sodas, water, and adult beverages (beer & wine). The adult beverage stuff was for after the snorkel. We never felt rushed through the day. Too bad the sun was not out for the whole day, but that's life in the Keys.

A great way to spend a day in the Keys if you don't have your own boat. The charter is just long enough to have a full day of activities without being tiresome. Bear in mind the weather plays a big factor and no one has control of that. Our day was a bit choppy and that made the snorkeling a little less enjoyable. The kayaking was a ball, we could have spent another hour or so on that. The crew is great and really takes care of you, the other passengers..... well thats all up to luck. One recommendation, if you use the aerosol spray sunscreen put it on before boarding as they don't want it sprayed on the boat and it just doesn't work well when sprayed into your hands and applied that way.

Our day with the Danger crew was the highlight of our Key West trip. We were provided fantastic food, great fun and lots of excitement. It is absolutely the BEST "tour" I have ever taken!

Had a good day on the ocean with Danger Charters: snorkeling and kayaking around Woman Key. Liked the crew and crowd. Food was good, too. Next time I come to Key West, I'll definitely do this again and have recommended it to my friends.

Excellent day out overall, the snorkelling is a little tame compared to snorkelling on the reef at Key Largo. Having said that its good if you are a novice and you do see some nice fish, we were also lucky enough to see some large sea turtles, so overall would still reccomend. The kayaking was great fun and tour guides (Hague and Dan) are extremeley knowledgeable and enthusiatic and were great hosts. The lunch was good, the sailing excellent and plenty of room on the boat. We booked this trip online before leaving the UK along with the sunset sail trip, booking was very efficient but found out on this trip that we would have got 10% off for booking both trips so you might want to check on line or even take a chance and book when you get to Key West. We loved the experience of being out on the water in such a beautiful sailboat, .Captain Dennis was very fun and friendly, and gave us total confidence in his skills as he navigated the boat through narrow channels and a considerable wind that we had that day. John did a great job of guiding us on the kayak experience with his knowledge of the plants and animals we saw. The food was prepared beautifully and very tasteful! I want your curry chicken recipe! The only thing I would recommend differently is picking a better place to snorkel...it was too deep and not in a protected area so we were unable to see much and the waves made it too difficult to be comfortable. I felt unsafe. Overall, the trip was worth every penny and a delightful way to spend the day!

My girlfriends and I spent a day with Danger last week on their all day snorkel and kayaking trip and it was the highllight of our trip. The crew, Christy aka "Sunshine" and Sara aka "Moonbeam" along with Captain Corey were the best. By the end of the day we felt we had made 3 new friends..........the crew! The snorkeling and the kayak experiences were enhanced by a narrative of the different fish, lobster and stingray we saw and also the ecosystem and Mangrove trees. The food and service were very, very good. I strongly recommend this trip and can't wait for my next visit to Key West so I can do it all over again. CD Sarasota, FL

What a delightful and fun trip! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes a fun time - the entire crew - captain and all the mates were exceptional; friendly, laid back and lots of fun. Food was great - I would not have wanted to miss this as it was the highlight of our trip. We give it two thumbs up! If we had more time we would have taken the wine and sunset tour as well. So glad we decided to do this -

Beautiful boat, small group, delicious lunch, beautiful blue waters, good equipment for snorkling, kayaking, safety conscious, on time, good value, friendly crew, great way to spend the day in Key West! Would not change anything!
