Snorkel, Kayak & Sail - Danger's Key West Full-Day

Captain and staff were wonderful, funny, helpful. I would recomend bringing a cool cup for drinks, a cushion to sit on. Really enjoyed the sailing.

The Danger crew was wonderful and peppered the trip with tons of information about the area, flora, fauna, and the history of Key West. They even had Rx snorkel masks, so people could see without glasses. Tons of beer, wine, snacks, and a nice healthy lunch. Great time!

This was the very first time my boyfriend experienced the Keys. I've been going at least once or twice a year for about the last 6 years. I was especially excited to go on the full day trip with Danger as this would be my first time with them. This was planned ahead of time and was expected to be the highlight of our trip together. Unfortunately, my boyfriend came down with a severe case of food poisoning the night before our planned trip w/ Danger that lasted for about 48 hours. I began calling Danger at about 7:00 AM that morning as there was absolutely no way my boyfriend would be able to make it under this extreme situation. I continued to call until someone answered the phone. I explained my unfortunate situation and was told I would get a call back later in the day. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting. I do understand that this is a business trying to make money but shouldn't a business also try to work with customers in situations like this. I only live 5 hours away and I do plan on visiting Key West for many many years to come. I would think they would want repeat customers. I wasn't expecting a full refund or even a refund at all. Maybe some kind of credit to be applied to a future visit or half a refund. Something would have been nice to keep me wanting to come back year after year. It will be impossible for me to want to give them my business in the future when they were not able to work with me in anyway. That is not how you keep people returning. Come on Danger! Really? There was nothing you could do? I do understand that these tickets were non-refundable/ non-transferable but, I think in some situations maybe you could bend just a bit. Maybe I should have put a diaper on my boyfriend and made him carry a bag to get sick in for the day. I'm sure everyone would have enjoyed that. As if him getting sick wasn't bad enough, I had to swallow $220 on top of it. Thanks. So, it's my recommendation to make sure you don't get a severe case of food poisoning before your trip. I know it's completely out of your control, but unfortunately, they won't understand.

Captain Dees was great. We had a terrific day at sea. The sailing was great. We were chased by dolphins! The crew was knowlegeable and fun. The snorkeling was great and the kyaking was an adventure. Food and hospitality were outstanding. This is a must do if you are near Key West.

Knowledgeable staff about nature, very friendly. Gear was clean, good quality. Did NOT go to sand bar / beach as listed on the full day cruise itinerary.

The crew was dedicated to making this an interesting, informative, and fun trip- and it was! The lunch was excellent, the crew was hilarious and engaging, and the snorkeling/kayaking was great. Thanks Danger!

My girlfriend and I along with some friends from Boston had an absolutely amazing time aboard this day cruise. The vessel was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and not only knowledgeable of the rich history of Key West and its' surrounding Keys but also the environment (flora / fauna). The snorkel trip was fun but our group agreed that the kayak trip was the most enjoyable. The crew also served us a wonderful and healthy lunch and had beverages in coolers for everyone to enjoy as well. The hospitality was great and i would highly recommend this trip for individuals, couples or families with children. At the end of the cruise, some of the ladies aboard spotted some dolphins and the Captain (Wendy) made the decision to give us some extra time and followed them for 15-20 minutes to allow some guests from out of the country to see them up close and to take pictures. The price of the trip is extremely reasonable for everything you get to experience including a great lunch and ice cold beverages and i would book it again if i had the opportunity.
