Snorkel, Kayak & Sail - Danger's Key West 1/2-Day

This company is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and safe the entire time. The trip includes unlimited soda, beer, water, and a few light snacks.

We were a group of 6 28-30 year olds and I can honestly say this trip was the highlight of our Key West vacation. The boat crew was amazing- they not only made sure we were comfortable and having a great time, they also told us so much about the boat history, Key West history, and wildlife. We learned so much and we never would have thought it would have been so fun. Kayaking was super easy, and snorkeling too even for someone very inexperienced. They have all the equipment you need and they even serve beer. wine, and snacks as you sail around. I would recommend this trip to anyone even families.

This trip was everything our group of friends had hoped for and more! We loved the sailing, kayaking, and snorkeling. The crew was not only friendly and helpful, they were also extremely knowledgeable about the history of the keys, and about all of the wildlife and nature around us. The intimacy of the boat and the limited number of people with us made us feel like queens. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Key West!

Being a frequent traveler and a south florida native I am no stranger to beautiful breathtaking surroundings, and throughout my life I have spent a great amount of time on beaches and cruising the waters in our own boat. However, I have never been so happy with a "tour" as I was on Saturday May 2, 2009 for the Danger half day snorkel and kayak sail. There was a perfect amount of sailers which was about 8 people including myself and my boyfriend. (watching the other boats load their travelers as if they were cattle at the docks, we were very happy to be on a private yet perfect tour) The crew that day was amazing!! They were well educated on the surroundings and always took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. They chopped up fresh fruit (with gloves on) and served us refreshments in the morning, and followed with chips and salsa and hummus and more refreshments in the afternoon. We went to a "NONCOMMERCIAL" island and kayaked the awesome waters with a detailed and fun tour guide leading us. We saw sharks, sting ray, bald eagle, birds, and much more. Following the kayaking we went snorkeling. With clean sanitized gear and all of the appropriate dirrections to keep us safe, we had an amazing time. We saw lobster, squid, beatiful fish, and colorful corals. What an awesome trip. The only thing my boyfriend and I regretted was not taking the longer trip, as when it was time to go back we were craving more. We had such a wonderful experience with Cory, Chris, and Wendy. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire trip. Every accommodation necessary was made for my 6 year old and 8 year old to make the trip a delight for all. Both kids learned to snorkel quickly under the guidance of this crew and we all were amazed by the undersea life within the sponge gardens. While kayaking we saw plenty of wildlife, both under water and within the mangrove island. I strongly recommend booking a trip with Danger.

The sailing was non-existent, due to lack of wind, but the boat ride was nice and calm nonetheless. The kayaking was also excellent as the mangroves were quite interesting. A bit of a workout, but nothing most people couldn't handle. The snorkeling was only ok....not a lot going on down there (though apparently some people spotted a puffer fish and a barracuda). If you have facial hair, be sure to shave it before going as you'll be unable to keep a seal on the mask and you'll constantly be filling up with salt water. The crew was great and very knowledgeable, with a weird affinity for Coke Zero. The hummus served on-board was fantastic as well. Highly recommended half-day trip for pretty much anybody.

Myself and 4 other friends all signed up for this while on Spring Break in Key West, FL. We had a wonderful time on and in the water. The crew was great and fun to be around, and the snorkeling/kayaking was great. I would highly recommend this package to anyone that will be in the area! Justin

My husband and I had a wonderful 1/2 day snorkel/kayak experience with Danger. The crew were very hospitable and knowledgeable. The boat was clean and well maintained and the size of the group was just right. They struck a great balance between fun and safety; safety for the guests on the excursion and the environment. Highly recommend.
