Snorkel, Kayak & Sail - Danger's Key West 1/2-Day

My husband and I had a great time on our trip! No complaints!! Make sure you apply sunscreen and bring extra. The crew was awesome, really down to earth people who made sure you were happy. I would definately recommend.

Did not think my sister could make it into or out of the water with her bad knees. The staff was more than willing to encourage and help. This made for a very pleasurable trip. The snacks were super! The kayaking was the best part. With the condition of the reef there was not much to view when snorkeling, but was still fun. This was not the fault of anyone, just the way it is currently. Saw numerous birds including a bald eagle, a sea turtle and some dolphins on the return swam alongside the danger, which was soooo cool.

Two of my bosses highly recommended me doing this tour and I will be doing the same for anyone that is planning a trip to Key West! We do the 1/2 day tour and it was our favorite thing we did the whole time we were there. Next time we would like to do the full day!!

Danger Charters provided a great half day adventure of sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the 1/2 day morning excursion and would do it again. It gave just the right amount of time on the ocean and allowed us to head back to Key West to clean up and head to Duval without being too tired. They also provided some great snacks on the way back to the island (black bean hummus...yum!) and a variety of things to drink. While waiting on the dock to board our boat, my husband and I noticed other charter company boats leaving the marina full of people. We were a little worried that Danger Charters would have booked too many people as well. We were pleasantly surprised to find about 24 people on our trip which they stated was overbooked. We would definately recommend Danger Charters to anyone and would take the tour again ourselves. We also recommend taking sunscreen, a tshirt for the kayak trip, and a couple of beach towels.

My husband and I went out with Danger Cruises while visiting Key West in July. It was a very small group on board, just us, a family of four and Tony and Lisa. While there was no wind, so no sailing, we had a wonderful time snorkeling and kayaking. Tony was a great captain and very entertaining. Lisa was a great hostess and very knowledgeable about the fish and other wildlife that we encountered during our excursions. We ended the day with a beautiful sunset.

The Danger Staff was wecoming and knowledgable. It was a fun and personable time. My husband and I went on the half day sail in the morning. The crew really took care of us (even reminding us to put on our sunscreen and cutting up fresh fruit to pass). I had never snorkeled before. The crew helped out with the basics and got in the water to point out good places to look. Saw some beautiful fish and a ray! The kayaking proved even better. The Mongroves are gorgeous. I learned much about the wildlife. When we returned on the skipjack, the wine flowed and conversations were had with our small group of 17people. Just perfect!

The crew was so knowledgeable and helpful. Snacks and drinks were great, we had a smaller group so we all got individual attention. I highly recommend this excursion!

Me, my husband, brother and two adult daughters enjoyed the cruise very much! Even my brother, who thought he didn't want to go snorkeling, had lots of fun doing it. The crew was friendly and informative and the snacks and beverages were good!

We felt like we were out hangin with friends. The staff was very friendly and were very eager to show and explain things to us. We learned alot about sea life and the eco system. I would definetly recommend this for anybody of any age.....we had our 16 and 20 year old with us and they had a great time!

We had Brian and Dr. Bill (a former marine biology professor) as our guides. They were unbelieveable. There were 5 of us: me, husband, son (22) and friend (22) and daughter (18). There were only us and one other family on the sail boat (family of 4). Brian and Dr. Bill were engaging, friendly, knowlegeable and entertaining. It was not rushed like the excursions with more people. They let us snorkel until we wanted to move on. It combined so many different types of excursions in one. They really love what they are doing and by the time you got off the boat, you felt like you'd made two new friends. Would highly recommend this!
