Snorkel, Kayak & Sail - Danger's Key West 1/2-Day

Exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want the huge touristy-type vessel with clownish acting crew. Skipjack was the perfect vessel for accommodating a relatively small (14 guests+3 crew) group. Crew were friendly, professional, engaging and very knowledgeable. Just enough time for each activity- any longer (for us) would have been too much sun and heat. Billy, John & Brian - thanks for a memorable sail ! Sara & Jim from MD

Took the 1/2 day sail, snorkel, kayak trip that departed in the afternoon and it was excellent. Wade, Christian and Sara were all very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding, making my first snorkeling/kayaking experience wonderful. The size of the group (15) allowed the crew to spend time with the novices. The afternoon trip is perfect, allowing you to watch the sunset from the boat. This is a trip I would take again.

I'm an open water scuba diver and my wife never gets her hair wet, so to say that this was a major sales job on my part would be under stating the facts. We have visited Key West several times in the past, but never took the time to venture out to enjoy the local waters. However, on this trip our best friends decided to come along and we all voted to check things out. From the minute we met the Danger Charters guides, Meegan & Hague, we all felt like we had known them for years. Being around Meegan all day makes you feel like you just earned a PHD in all things fins & feathers. Hague is a first class Capitan and tour guide always mindful of your safety, which allowed everyone on board to relax and have a great day at sea. Another huge plus was the fact there were only two other couples on our boat making it a total of 8 guests. The other charters we saw throughout the day looked like floating goat rodeos! First time in the water or experienced driver, you will have a blast! We saw four turtles, six sharks, 30+ lobsters, 3 million fish, an eel, and countless other ocean critters. The kayak trip was just as fun as the snorkle trip. Do the full day trip or you will be kicking yourself in the butt!!! The food, beer & wine were all top shelf, I know, I was shocked also. I was expecting Hot Pockets, Milwaukee's Best and a jug of Gallo, not a huge selection of Boar's Head meats - cheeses - dip - freash cut fruit, Amstel Light - Yuengling - Corona, & several great red & white wines (according to everyone else on the boat). On the way back in we spotted a dolphin, but rather than making a b-line to shore, Meegan & Hague plotted a course for us to watch him/her up close. At the end of the day, Duval St. was still there waiting for us. However, everything else we experienced on our trip seemed superficial compared to the natural wonders we were able to enjoy. Go, get wet, learn, take lots of pictures, enjoy the food & beverage, and for goodness sake tip those guys well (20+%). HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did the 1/2 day snorkel/kayak sail. The crew was not only fun, friendly and enthusiastic, but they also adjust to their audience and the circumstances. We loved them so much that we took their sunset cruise, another highly recommended sail

I had never been snorkeling, and had only kayaked once. The Danger group (Chris, Cory, and Billy) were WONDERFUL!! They were very informative about the sea life, mangroves, and birds. We had the best time!! I highly recommend this tour to ANYONE going down to Key West. Being in the small group (we had 5 people and 3 tour guides) gave you more one-on-one time, and you didn't feel like a face in the crowd. I did a lot of research before we took our trip, and the Danger company's snorkeling trip had the best customer reviews. After going, it's easy to see why! I want to thank the crew that we had on our tour....you guys were wonderful! This tour was our first 'activity' to do while in Key West, and it was our favorite - by far! Thank you again, and we will DEFINITELY be seeing you all the next time we're down there!

We truly enjoyed our snorkel trip with Danger. Corey, Billy and Chris were fun and knowledgeable. There were novice and experienced people in our group, and they were equally helpful for all. Just a side note, we did go off season, so we had an incredibly small group (5 people) and the boat can hold just over 20. I imagine we would have had just as nice a time, but we were pretty lucky for this trip. We had such a nice time we also booked a sunset cruise with Danger tours. That had about 18 people with 2 crew members (Hague and Kristin?), and that was also a very lovely time.

The guys are very good at hospitality. We've got sodas, beer/wine, fruits and chips during the trip and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the refugee. Thank you, Brigitta and Tamas

The crew (Cory and Winde) was great - very professional, personable, and knowledgable. The boat is beatiful and food/refreshments were just right. The number of passengers is limited to a comfortable size. We highly recommend the trip.

We really enjoyed the trip. The crew was fun and knowledgeable, they ran the trip like clockwork, everything was well organized, very enjoyable. I would defnitely consider another trip with Danger. Thanks!
