Snorkel, Kayak & Sail - Danger's Key West 1/2-Day

Me (49), husband (44), son (26) and fiancee (24), son (13), daughter (17) really enjoyed this thoroughly. I suprised my family with it, booked in advance on internet after doing my research into similar excursions in Key West chose Danger due to reviews on Trip Advisor. We went on December 30th. Captain, and crew Chris and Brian made it very comfortable for all experience levels and enjoyable with their really impressive knowledge of the area and the birds/ocean life that we could expect to/did see. They seemed to really enjoy what they do for a living. Some of our party chose not to snorkel while others chose not to kayak, and they did not feel out of place for doing so, they just hung out on the boat (which was a beautiful sailboat by the way) and relaxed/had a beer etc. It was a fairly small group on board also, a mix of couples/families/teens/small children. And we had drinks/food which was an extra bonus too.... We highly recommend this excursion, 1/2 day was perfect for us as we had to get to our parasailing trip after that, and with limited time (2 days) in Key West 1/2 day gave us time to do it all....THANKS!!!!

Our half a day snorkel, kayak and sailing trip with Danger was one of the best sailing experiences we have had. We are a family of four that included my dad and my daughter who is 3 years old. The crew was phenomenal and friendly from the outset and made us extremely comfortable. They were funny and at the same time very knowledgeable. Most importantly, for us, they made our 3-year old feel great during her snorkeling trip. Although she was probably too young to snorkel, because of the crew she had a blast. A very relaxing and personable experience!!!! I highly recommend it.

Great crew, friendly, helpful, informative - No shortage of beer and wine, great fresh snacks. Best part of our vacation. Highly recommended. Next time will try the full day cruise. Captain D's a pro.

Crew was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, history and ecology. Sail and kayaking was good but the snorkeling was less than expected around the sponge area, not many fish to see. Could have been the area we went to as it was a windy day so we kept to the sheltered areas. Would use Danger again and recommend them.

Overall this was a great trip. The tour guides really made this trip great. All three of them were friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this trip to anybody looking a half day adventure, and looking to see another side of the keys apart from the night/party life...not that we didn't have a small party on the boat anyways!

My husband and I had never gone snorkeling or kayaking before, but a friend had gone on this Danger Tour and highly recommended it. My husband was a little anxious because he's not a very strong swimmer, but the captain and the two man crew were great. They showed us exactly what to do, and had all the right equipment onboard for us to use. The crew were well prepared, and we felt very comfortable and safe. We did not know the other passengers, but it didn't take long, with the help of the crew, for us all to become friends. They provided us with fresh fruit and drinks, and there was a restroom available. All in all it was a great day!

CORY AND YANN WERE EXCELLANT GUIDES, EVEN BEFORE WE GOT ON THE BOAT. GAVE EXCELLANT INFORMATION, AND TRAINING. I CAN'T SWIM, BUT FELT COMFORTABLE ENOUGHT TO GO SNORKELING. ALSO WENT KAYAKING. OUR KAYAK FLIPPED AND IN LESS THAN A SECOND YANN WAS THERE TO HELP US (i DIDN'T PANIC AND GOT RIGHT BACK IN!!) YANN WS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE KEY WEST ECO SYSTEM. WOULD DO THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

Our trip was very well organised and the crew were superb. Our 14 year old is still regurgitating facts obtained from the knowlegeable crew. Particularly impressive was the ability of the crew to organise a pod of dolphins to appear to accompany our ship and for a bald eagle to complete a fly past. Probably not a trip for those whose leisure preference would be margaritas on Duval St but would unreservedly recommend to those who want to have an excellent day out while learning about Florida's eco systems.

The crew made the trip very enjoyable and entertaining. While the snorkeling was not the greatest, perhaps due to recent windy weather, it was fun to be in the water. The kayaking was a great experience with the crew giving good insight into the area.

Went with a few friends for a bachlorette weekend and had an amazing time. The visibility prevented us from being able to do the snorkling, but the kayaking was great. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable.
