| The Danger all-day snorkeling and kayaking tour was so much fun! The crew (Cory, Kristy and Don) really made the trip a blast. They were so friendly, helpful and accomodating. The snorkeling was fun and we saw some very interesting fish. I had never kayaked before and was a bit worried about it, but it turned out to be just fine. Kristy led our group on a tour of a forming island and she was very informative and brave - she didn't hesitate to pickup jellyfish (non-stinging) and a crab! I highly recommend Danger Tours! | ||||||

| everything was wonderful. small group, good food, great crew. fun time and beautiful sunset. a lovely evening. i did get seasick at the very end b/c we had to wait on other ships to dock and the boat got a little rocky while waiting in the docking area. i was using "seabands" and a prescription patch, but was still sea sick. this wasn't the fault of the danger charter. it just happens to me. | ||||||

| My partner and I had a great time on our half-day sail with kayak and snorkeling. The crew was attentive and very informative. We really got a good sense of what we were looking at. Tony led a fabulous ecology kayak tour of a small mangrove island. We saw a baby nurse shark and plenty of birds, including a bald eagle! We also saw several dolphins and a sea turtle or two on the ride. Snorkeling was also a lot of fun. Tony made sure we all felt comfortable in the water and helped to point out fish and lobster. We were really happy that we chose Danger Charters over Fury. Our group was only 11 people which made for a relaxing afternoon. We saw about 40 people lining up like sardines to get on the Fury. We were also pleased the day prior, when we had initially reserved our trip, that the crew/office canceled the morning's trip due to the bad weather. The Fury boat went out in the foul weather. I HIGHLY recommend Danger Charters; well worth the money. Next time we're in Key West we'll definitely do it again. | ||||||

| I was a little apprehensive about snorkeling for the first time during our vacation to Key West, but wanted to give it a chance. After researching most of the major tours, my boyfriend and I settled on Danger and were hopeful all the glowing reviews were accurate reflections of the tour. We ended up booking the full day snorkeling and kayaking trip. I am soooo glad we did because it was our favorite part of our week long vacation. There were only 10 of us on the boat (there were 3 no shows) plus the two crew members, so it was a nice and small group. After sailing out for a bit and learning interesting tidbits about the Keys, we stopped at our snorkel spot. I was one of the last folks in the water and Wade was beyond-helpful with his instructions on what to do. After a bit, I ended up having trouble with my tube and after awhile he switched it out and the new one immediately worked fine. I cannot thank him enough for his help - he was super patient with me, especially considering the issues I had with taking in water with the old tube. If it hadn't been for him, I would not have had a good experience snorkeling and probably wouldn't have ever tried it again. Now, I can't wait to go back. We saw all kinds of cool things - barracudas, sting-rays, parrot fish, a nurse shark, a humongous school of tiny fish and some lobsters. It was awesome. Lunch was terrific (curried chicken salad and dill tuna salad - yum) and all the food during the entire day was great ! The sand bar was fun but would have been better if the current wouldn't have been as strong -certainly not anything that can be controlled. The kayak tour was fun, but we were pretty tired by then. :) My bf and I would have enjoyed more time snorkeling, but I guess we'll have to return. Thanks to Danger for a fantastic experience! | I took the full-day tour on July 21 of this year with my family (wife, three teenagers and a niece) and I can say that it was an amazing experience. Wa had all sorts of weather, beginning with a nice sunny day, that turned into a clouded one with a storm and chilly rain, and ta splendid sun-burning sunshine for the whole afternoon. We loved the snorkeling and the kayaking, a terrific lunch but above all, we enjoyed the company of the crew: Captain Haig, Chris and Christine (I am not sure if I wrote their names rightly). | We really enjoyed this outing. The sunset was beautiful, more wine and appetizers than we could have ever dreamed of, and the crew was fantastic. We did two Danger trips during our visit to Key West and we thought those outings were the highlights of our trip! Highly recommended. | ||||||

| We went out when the weather was rainy and the ship sailed around the weather. The crew were helpful, reassuring, pleasant, and attentive to our needs. They were always asking us if we needed refills. And the food was terrific, we couldn't stop eating the different cheeses they provided. The sailing was enjoyable and the crew friendly. A great experience and hope to repeat when I return to Key West. | ||||||

| perfect trip - snorkeling for the 1st time was fabulous - kayaking is hard, but fun - exploring the island was fun - families with children will love the sandbar! It makes you realize how much you love the ocean. We got to see dolphins! Staff is overaccomodating! At first we could tell that our children were annoying them, but they quickly got the hint that "they were just kids" and went out of their way to be nice to them. They're working for tips! | ||||||

| My boyfriend & I took the full-day snorkel & kayak tour on Danger Charters and had a blast! The 3-person crew were incredible! They were so friendly and accommodating-the captain even let my boyfriend drive the boat. The food was better than any of the other excursions we've taken. The boat only holds like 20 people, so it's much more personal than the larger boats. They brought us to an awesome snorkeling spot where we were all alone (no other tours around) then we sailed to Woman Key to take a kayak tour and hang out on the sandbar. It was such a wonderful day and we can't wait to go back! | ||||||

| This cruise is a nice opportunity to enjoy a Key West sunset from a Schooner with an attentive crew and relatively small group of guests. This cruise featured tasting of eight wines, fruit, cheeses and sausage, and beer or non-alcoholic beverages for those so inclined. I am a regular wine drinker but far from an expert. The wines represented a nice sampling beginning with a sparkling wine then three whites and four reds. They were unusual labels, definitely a notch above "value" brands but only two or three of the eight were particularly memorable to my palate. The hors d'oeuvres were modest and could have been more plentiful. The boat is not easy to serve on and the crew did their best; more plates of food could have been left out on the top of the cabin for guests to sample. It was a typical hot and humid Key West evening and dead calm. One can't fault the crew for the weather, but shortly into the cruise the captain left the engine idling to visit with and help serve the guests, while the boat bobbed in one place. Only after a request from a guest did he return to the helm and motor slowly, creating a cooling breeze and a more enjoyable boating experience. Overall, the crew was very friendly and attentive, the beverages were of better than average quality and plentiful, and the boat comfortable with a nice size group of patrons. If my review sounds critical I am trying to be objective and offer a helpful commentary for readers. I would definitely take this cruise again and recommend it to friends. | ||||||

| We were so thrilled with Danger. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and wanted to try our hand at some water sports. I was very apprehensive, since I've never done any of these things before, but Wade and Christian were great. They talked me through snorkeling and helped me one-on-one to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing, and that was something I truly appreciated. The kayaking part of the trip was great - and I've never done that before either - I was shocked how knowledgeable they were about different types of sealife and about the ecosystem that supports it. I feel like I learned a lot and had a great experience. There is not one thing I can say in complaint about our time spent on the boat. My husband and I did both this activity and then the Danger Wind and Wine trip a couple of days later and we thought that those trips were the best parts of our vacation. Two thumbs up. | ||||||
