Sunset Sail Key West-Danger Charter's Wind & Wine

This trip was a great way to start our vacation/honeymoon. Laid back, light hearted and relaxing. Could bump up the hours de vours a little but all in all I would definitely recommend this trip for couples or a small group.

We had a good time on the cruise. The wine presentation was informative but not stuffy. The snacks were good and the crew was very entertaining.

The captain and crew were friendly. The wine was good. The cheese and meat were warm instead of chilled. The cruise itself was too repetitive. They sailed back and forth on the same path for two hours. Too expensive for what we got. of course iot was cloudy and there was no sunset which may have impacted my review.

The approximate 2-hour experience will be over before you know it. Captain "D" and his crew were terrific and fun. While we wished there had been no cloud cover in order to truly see the sunset, it nevertheless was a great experience. Good people, good wine, good snacks, and decent weather all made for a memorable event.

We love Danger Charter's Sunset Wine cruise! We just did our second sunset sail this past weekend and it was perfect just like the first time! The wine is excellent and the crew (Sean & Ethan) are awesome. Each wine is discussed prior to setting sail and then you just sit back and relax. The crew takes excellent care of their customers. My glass was never empty. A great array of cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and crackers are provided as well! I will do the Sunset Wine cruise every time I go back to Key West with Danger Charters. Great wine, great crew, and a great time...every time!

The captain, Wendy and the crew were great. We highly recommend that others try this sail. Good wine and thoughtful observations during the sail. Try it. You'll like it.

You won't regret it. The crew is very friendly and the wines were delicious. The appetizers were tasty, but not super filing, so plan on having a small meal before or after.

I thought the cruise was great overall. I've gotten seasick in the past, but it was such smooth sailing that I didn't even feel the slightest bit nauseous. I think I tried all of the wines, they were fantastic. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable about the local history, sailing, and marine life. They answered all my dumb questions with enthusiasm. I'm glad I had a bit to eat before the cruise though; the appetizers were good, just not enough to fill you up when you're hungry. The ONLY thing I regret is....my husband and I were sitting next to this friendly but very chatty couple who talked to us the entire time, making me miss parts of the sunset. So I guess that's my own fault. If we are ever back in key west, we will definitely do the cruise again, but this time I'm going to relax and kick back with my wine and enjoy the scenery more.

I don't know why I wasn't expecting much. Propbably because I'd left the winters chill of Chicago exhausted and just hoping for warmth, a non-judgmental, low key attitude and sleep. A couple of hours of wine, ocean and sunshine sounded just like the ticket. Maybe it was the other folks from Boston, Alabama, San Fransisco and Chicago who were looking for the same and our crew off some jolly great chaps, Will, Sean and Mike, who were darn well gonna see we had some fun. Once these guys popped the cork and we floated out to see, this wonderfully motley crew's hair was down, the tunes were up and the glasses full...then empty...filled again...empty...all to the tune of one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. They lifted my malaise and welcomed me to the wonderful world that is Key West. I can't thank them enough. I will be back, and often.
