Danger Charters

This was by far the highlight of our trip. We even went on a scuba dive later in the trip, but the level of service didn't compare in the least bit. These guys (and gal) really know how to make this trip an informative, relaxing, and carefree tour of the local surrounding islands. we even considered doing it again, but ran out of time. I would highly recommend this during your stay in key west. You wont be dissapointed.

The day trip with Danger was the highlight of our trip to Key West. I can't thank the crew enough for an amazing day on the water. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and fun. Many many thanks!

We took the full day trip after reading very positive reviews from a number of websites and wasn't disappointed. All the crew - Brian, Will and Evan were very helpful, polite and entertaining. It was definitely worth the $. On the way out we were offered soft drinks/water and fresh fruit which was lovely and refreshing. We then snorkelled and even though the fish/reef wasn't too brightly coloured there was lots to see including angel fish, eel and fortunately just one jelly fish! After snorkelling we had lunch - there was plenty of bread (all different types) with ham or cheese and if you wanted it peanut butter and jelly (jam). There was also potato chips and fruit. After lunch we went on the kayaks - it was our first time and even though it was easy to pick up I was surprised (not sure why) how tiring it could be - you certainly needed some upper body strength. The views were amazing though - all through the mangroves - we saw lots of birds and pelicans, even a crab. Once back on board we sailed back munching on chips and salsa. We arrived back at the dock at 1630. One point to note when you get on the boat you have to take your shoes off - make sure you put sun cream on the top of your feet. I didn't ....

Clean Boat great staff.  Pleasant people.  Snorkeling not so much, no fish no tropical anything just sea grass and jelly fish.  Honestly this is not snorkeling.  If you consider a 1966 camino a luxury car this trip is for you.  :)

I went out with Danger on Saturday 8/20. This was my second experience with them and once again they met all expectations. Smaller group, unlimited wine (good quality) & nice snacks. Highly recommended.

Once again, the Danger charter sailing/kayaking/snorkeling adventure was a hit!! We love this eco-adventure and look forward to it each time we come to the Keys. The crew is accommodating and knowledgeable. Each time we go out on a Danger sail boat, we learn and experience more of the ecology in the Keys. The physical activities are exhilarating. My husband and I just can't get enough of this experience! Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this trip. Hailey, Tony and Will were friendly, attentive and enthusiastic!!

We had a group ranging from a 1 year old to 65 year old. Everyone had a great time. Even the grandparents who had never snorkeled or kayaked before in their life tried everything and had a blast. The crew was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

We went on the full day tour including snorkling and kayaking. The sailboat was beautiful. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The coral reef was beautiful. We saw barracuda, parrot fish, sponges, etc. We kayaked through the mangroves and learned about lots of hidden creatures from our guide, Will. We were fed frequently and well. The staff helped make it a truly memorable experience. Thanks to all three of them (Tom, Bailey and Will).

We found the staff to be quite knowledgeable about the local floral and fauna and the trip was well organized. The staff was very friendly and the kids had a great time.

Three leaders to 16 participants. Beautiful sailboat, taken to great spot for snorkelling and then excellent lunch. Afterwards kayaked to mangrove island (Key) and went exploring with out very knowledgable guide. Great trip!

Captain Dees, Sunshine, and Bailey were a fabulous crew. Without any seeming effort, they made us comfortable and safe while making sure we were having fun. The whole crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of us without being overbearing. The number of passengers was kept small (18) which was fine. Always somewhere to sit, plenty to eat, plenty to drink. Plenty of snorkle gear and kayaks, It was very warm and the water was very warm, but the conditions were perfect in the water. We went to an isolated coral head and snorkeled with colorful fish and interesting coral. The water was not as clear as I would like but I've never swam in Florida waters so I don't know if that was normal. I've done many similar tours on catamarans, this was my first on a monohull. The ride was very smooth but the water was also very flat. The only downside was that compared to a similar sized catamaran, there were fewer spots to sit and none of the seating had backrests which was hard on my back. But I would definitely go again, though I would try Spring or Fall to see if cooler weather made it more fun.

It was an very nice trip with the Sarah, with capt Dees and Àmelia, she told us very intresting things about the keys and the mangroves. we where lucky there were only 6 people aboard, so capt Dees and Àmelia spent lost of time with us. We were 1 of 3 couples on the Sarah full day tour. Our captain, Bees was a wonderful host & Amelia, his mate was so knowledgable about the area & loved sharing everything she knew. She would get so excited when she saw something snorkling or on the kayak part of the tour. They both love what they do & it showed. The ship was beautiful & clean. Amelia served us a delicious tray of fresh fruit & a full lunch, drinks... She broke out a great map & told us the stories of the islands like Mule Island. We really had a great time, highly recommend this tour & we will definitely be booking with Danger Charters again.

My husband and I took the Sunset Sail Wine-tasting Cruise and totally enjoyed it. We tasted several delicious wines as we enjoyed the tranquil setting of the ocean and the most spectacular sunset. Great experience!!
