Danger Charters

A beautiful sunset, and 8 different wines to enjoy. I was surprised by the quality of the wines and the knowledge the crew had on each of them. I plan to purchase several of them from a local distributor. The food was just OK, but that's not why we took the cruise. Highly recommend.

The Danger Charter was excellent. We all had a great time kayaking and snorkelling. The crew was very awesome and friendly, they even recommended a great beer bar, "The Porch", and when we went that night, we ran into them. Even off the boat and off the clock, they were very cool and helped us have a fun time that night as well!

Our group was able to go to areas on the day trip that none of the other tours went to (thank you). Staff was very energetic and informational. Made a great effort to make us feel welcome and safe. We had a wonderful time and look forward to doing it again the next time we visit Key West.

Great way to spend a day in the Keys. Of all the things we did in Florida this is what we will remember the most! A wonderful, easy going day.

...was a real treat. They were well informed of the Keys and the surrounding areas and enthusiastic during the entire trip. It seems obvious to me that they enjoyed each others company and also the company of the guests on the sail boat.

The Danger Tour team did a spectacular job. This was one of our favorite activities while in Key West.

It was a great trip! I highly recommend it. My kids (ages 7 and 14) loved it. They are a great group to go with and it was one of the highlights of our trip.

Crew were courteous and attentive to all on board ... equipment and procedures were explained very well ... fresh fruit provided before kayaking to give us 'energy' ... snacks provided after snorkeling (and wine/beer if wanted) ... lots of sodas and water thruout the day ... local history described ... crew very knowledgeable about the waters and estuaries ... boat was not crowded - plenty of seating and walking around room ... onboard 'head' was clean and operarable ... all equipment provided - nothing to bring except sunscreen and a towel.

We come down to Key West every year. This is the 4th (or 5th) time we've been out on the Danger Charter full day tour. We know we should experiment with something different in KW, but we can't help ourselves with this tour. It's just so much fun going out with the crew (Haid, Wendy & Chris). They keep you entertained, and fed well. Love the curry chicken salad. And the boat itself is so unique. We learn something new everytime we go out, especially on the Eco tour in the kayaks, whether it be finding a starfish, baby conch,sting ray. The Danger accomodates small groups, which we feel makes for a more intimate trip. You can get aquainted with your fellow passengers, and have fun with the crew. Watch out, they may make you work onboard! But you will get rewarded with a ice cold, refreshing adult (or non-adult, if you prefer) beverage. Can't beat a cold beer while relaxing in the crystal clear, blue-green, white sand, shallow water. They pick the most beautiful water to snorkel and swim in, plus the crew gets right in water there with you. Capt. Haid made sure we were able to see several beautiful wild dophins, while sailing/motoring back to port. We never feel rushed. Remember, your on KW time, so no worries, no hurries! Hand me another cold beer. We'll be back.

This was the second time for my husband and i. We enjoyed our first trip back in Oct 2007 so much that we brought our three daughters back Aug 2010; all the way from South Carolina. The snorkling trip was the best one we have ever experienced. Lots of different type of fish and we also got to swim along with a sea turtle. Girls absolutely loved that part of the trip. Kayaking was lots of fun also. You get to see and learn alot of interesting facts about sea life and neat birds. The sunset.... is totally awesome! It's the best sunset you will ever experience. This was a great day! Fabulous crew!

Purchased the 1/2 day snorkel, kayak,sailing. Only 7 on board (max 20) with my family (17 yr old daughter and 14 yr old son). Captain D's and JP were great. JP showed us many things snorkeling (most of us were first or second timers) and was very patient with my 14 yr old steering the kayak for the first time. This excursion was very personal compared to the FURY boat we saw go with 50 or 60 snorkelers. I would highly recommend this excursion. For us the 1/2 day was perfect. A full day would have been too much.

This charter turned out to be the best part of our Key West experience. The skipjack we were on was beautiful and the crew (Brian and Sunshine) were so informative and just so much fun to be around. We were so comfortable and the fact that there was only 15 guests in total made this trip more enjoyable and much more romantic. We kayaked through the mangroves as Sunshine (Christy) enthusiactically spoke about the enviroment and educated us all about the mangroves and its habitants. Our one wish was to catch a glimpse of a sea turtle while snorkeling and that is what we got. Sunshine showed us Sally the sea turtle which made for an even better birthday gift.(It was my boyfriend's birthday) The water was beautiful and the ocean was clear. We got to see some really pretty fish and great big lobsters. Next time we will do the hour tour for sure. We ended the day watching the sun go down from the boat. It was truly an amazing experience. Be sure to ask for Brian and Sunshine they were awesome!
