There were 20 good friends from Minnesota (Land of Lakes) who are Snowbirds in Apache Junction for 3 to 4 months each winter, that went on the boat Monday, March 10th at 4:30 PM. The day was beautiful, and the scenery awesome. The boat captian did an informative naration of the lake and areas surrounding the lake. The comments from those who attended were all positive. You can be sure we will repeat this venture again. |

Three of us were locals and the other 3 were from the East coast. We always love to go to Lake Saguaro on the Desert Belle Paddleboat cruise. The air is much more refreshing and moist than in the Phoenix area. We go several times a year.
Our 3 guests were leaving the following day and were debating whether to squeeze this trip in and boy, were they delightfully surprised at the beauty, magnitude and refreshing quality of the trip. Throughout the 90 minute cruise, each of them said at least a half of dozen times how they were loving the trip, how they never realized such beauty existed in Arizona and how grateful they were that they made the trip.
It was a great day and glad we pushed to take our guests along.

Your company was very accomadating as we had 5 individuals with disabilities and were very comfortable on your boat. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We would recommend this activity to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the desert from a unique point of view. |

It was a very enjoyable cruise, the weather was gorgeous, no wind. We took our daughter, 2 granddaughters and a husband of one granddaughter. They also enjoyed it very much. |

We enjoyed the tour. It was very relaxing and quiet. We went on a week day. There will be a line. The elderly people are really serious about being first in line. If you get there early be sure to check in right away. If no one is at the booth, and boarding first is important to you, wait. THe boat goes out and comes back the same way, if you are on the opposite side of the boat being discussed, don't worry, you will get the best shot on the way back!! |

We enjoyed our trip on Saguaro Lake. Beautiful day, reasonable price, and the water available was also reasonable. The Captain talked just the right amount. Loved the outing. |

We thoroughly enjoyed the Tour/Trip, made all the better by the knowledgeable Skipper !
No much more I can say - and when we come back to Phoenix, we'll do it again !
Just one more thing - When you ask us to categorize our Group, it would have been nice to seed a heading Husband and Wife !! Instead I had to put "other " !!! |

Beware of highway construction and lack of signage |

The lake and boat ride are well worth the drive however, beware of the highway construction and total lack of sign for the turn to the lake. Where the overpass is being erected, there SHOULD be a sign for the turn to the lake. It wasn't there. If you go pass the mile marker 199, you have overshot the turn. We went 25 miles out of the way. It is NOT well marked and the construction may hold you up. |
