Unfortunately on the day of our paddleboat ride it rained. There was seating on the boat in an enclosed area but not enough room for everyone. We sat outside under a tarp but the tarp leaked so we got wet. The scenery and wildlife was great. It would have been more enjoyable if it did not rain. Overall we would recommend the cruise. |

we didn't get seats inside, our shoes, socs and pants got wet, the canopy leaked - we couldn't hear the speaker. Realize the weather was bad (rained) but think the canopy should not have leaked and got us all wet. Would recommend the Dolly but tell people not to go on your tour |

One of my best friends from college and I were traveling in Arizona to visit my cousin Mike who is mentally handicapped. I was unable to finalize all our plans before we arrived because of a family emergency here. We were able to make the trip and so I called and booked the boat ride the morning of the actual excursion. When I went to check in for the ride the guy at the check-in acted like maybe I was from another planet. Finally I said my name and I see it there on the list. We were finally able to straighten things out. I didn't see what the big deal was. I can't believe I was the first person to ever book and ride the same day. This guy needs to work on his customer skills.
We all enjoyed the ride and my cousin enjoyed all the bird watching. I visit the airport in Phoenix to pickup and return my cousin but this was my first trip to actually see any of Arizona. It was beautiufl and I enjoyed it all.

I've already told many people about the lake, the boat ride & everything it al; has to offer. Our captain was very nice & informative & we saw lots of cool birds & it was a great experience. |

We had our Son, his wife and our two grandchildren, visiting from Minnesota. The
cruise was very intresting and relaxing. the grandchildren 6 & 4 also injoyed it.
I wouldn't recomend the restruant. I spend $80.00 and the only one that had a good
meal was my son that had a hamburger and my wife that had a side salad. We did not complain at the resturant, because we did not want to put a negative on what was a very nice day.
A pre-regestered sign at the booth selling tickets would help those who were to check in and get there boat passes.

We enjoyed the opportunity to relax in such a beautiful setting while also learning about the plants, wildlife and land around the lake.
Note: Even with the sun shining, it was quite cold out on the water. We highly recommend bringing warm jackets if taking this tour during the winter months. We were here in February. |

They really need to make the ride more accessable to handicap people. I was surprised that they did not have a railing on the walk out to the boat. The ride was very good, and we really enjoyed it. The guy that talked was also very good. Would recommend it to others if they are not handicapped, or had a hard time walking, which alot of older people do have. |
