Although, the cruise was very beautiful the thing that killed it for me was the swarms and swarms of green flying bugs everywhere on the boat, inside and outside and atleast 4 big spiders. I was repulsed to stay on the paddleboat, but paid the non refundable ticket prices for 4 so decided to tough it out. The guy in charge said once we started moving the bugs would go away, NOT TRUE. It was absolutely nasty. |

Although the time was a bit long for our grandchildren (ages 3,6,9) my husband and I totally enjoyed the scenic journey! I told the cruise guide that it was more relaxing than a massage and a lot less expensive!! The guide was very informative and had interesting humor. We will return again and again..it is a wonderful, easely accessable day trip showing off our beautiful state. |

we made the boat. We got lost and got to the parking lot just as the boat was departing. Just like the website says... NO REFUNDS. I was taking my 2 kids and 2 friends visiting from NJ to see AZ's lakes in all it's awe. Instead I spent hours driving and it costing me lots of wasted time, the cost of the boat tix, an expensive lunch at the restaurant there and $$$ for a pontoon. |

My 8 year old son and I decided to do something fun before he went back to school this year. I surprised him on a Paddleboat Cruise with Desert Belle. He really enjoyed it (as did I). The "captain" did a wonderful job narrating and the music that was played during the cruise was very pleasant (not too loud). The captain even had his picture taken with my son afterwards! The scenary was breath-taking and I took some "postcard worthy" pictures with my camera. I'm planning on getting quite a few pictures developed in a larger size and hanging them on my wall!
I would recommend this trip highly! |

My family and I have cruised on the Desert Belle three times in the last few years. Christmas break was our favorite ride; weekday cruises aren't too crowded, the weather is perfect for a light jacket and hot cup of coco, and Saguaro Lake is especially peaceful. We are not boaters, so this is a great way to be able to enjoy the lake. Every time we have enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere; I've never seen an unhappy passenger. The marina restaurant has excellent food and is a fun place to wrap up the day. |

I found this on the internet looking for something to do and thought we would give it a try. We were able to get tickets for the same day and drove just an hour to get there. The scenery was wonderful, some very picturesque. It turned out to be a very informative but calm and relaxing too. We would definitely recommend it and would also do it again ourselves.
