| The Diva Duck is an unusual vehicle. It's an open bus with a canvas roof and large wheels and it's also a boat with a propeller. We enjoyed touring West Palm Beach and drving straight into the water on what was a perfect day. We are local but our cousins from Europe loved it too.
The driver/captain concentrated on his job while the tour guide provided us with plenty of information and duck jokes. The cold drinks were reasonably priced. We saw our city from a different point of view and once again marveled at the size and variety of the mansions in Palm Beach. Top speed in the water is only about 6 knots and to me a big part of the experience is just being out on the water enjoying the breeze. The price is about right for the 75 minute experience, the Duck was reasonably punctual and the tour guide, Lauren, seemed to really enjoy her job.
If we had one criticism, it's a very tiny one. Combining the memorized script with cues for the next song is just a little too contrived. The background music was pleasant enough and sometimes you don't want Hollywood, you just want the Intracoastal.
By the way, the climb up and down the stairs into the Diva Duck is pretty steep. Don't try this tour unless you can make it.
Generally, a very enjoyable time. I'm ready to go again. |

| Our family of 5 adults recently took this tour. We stopped by the Chamber office first to pick up brochures and tourist information. They offered us to use their phone to make our reservation for the tour after we told them we were interested in doing the tour and had come to West Palm for that purpose.
The person on the phone repeated all information and told us exactly where to park and to pick up the tour. It left right on time and was well worth the money. The driver was competent and funny as was the guide. Both were quite well informed and answered all questions directed to them. They had a wealth of information to share with everyone. Everyone on the tour seemed to have a good time, as well. I highly recommend this tour in West Palm and anywhere else you travel that has one. This is a first class outfit all the way. Thanks for a great time!
The only disappointment was that we didn't get a quacker as I had promised the rest of the group. I have been on serveral of these tour previously and always received one. This wasn't a big however since we were all grounups anyway. |

| I thought that the woman leading the tour was very nice, but it seem that it was just a job and she was going through the motions. Not much sincerity. I have done the tour in Boston and although they are different, the person running the tour was more enuthastic.
I also was expecting to see more equal amounts of land and water history. We have great history here along with the archecture. My cousin was in from Australia and she was a bit bored.
It is nice to see something like what you have in the area.
Best Regards,
Linda Weisheit

| loved the water part of the tour, but thought there should have been more to the
land part. We have been on Serveral Ducks and they had more land attractions.
There must be something in Palm beach that out-of-towners would enjoy
learning about. |

| Warning to the people sitting in the back seats...the metal behind the seats gets HOT. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids so we took those seats to sit together. Crew tries hard to be funny and light hearted. |

| My experience with Duck tours was so much more fun in Seattle, WA of this year. The Seattle guide was much more fun and lively. She has Barbie dolls dancing to Beach Boys music. The Wast Palm Beach tour was too conservative for me. I expected more wackiness. |

| We found the Duck Tour on W Palm Beach activities page. Thought it would be fun since we have recently taken the Duck Tour in Boston. While the Diva Duck was not as long or as historical, it was fun and informative. The only negative that we would report is that while waiting to enter the vehicle, there was a terrible odor streetside. It smelled of sewage waste.
The guide was enthusatic and friendly as was the driver.
We would recommend it to other travelers in the area |
