| My husband and I along with our 9 yr old boy and 4 yr old daughter had an enjoyable tour with the Diva Ducks. Our captain and tour guide were very friendly and sociable. This is a nice diversion from the beach and shopping. It was fun to see the celeb houses on Palm Beach from the water side. The highlight of the trip was going from land directly into the water! It was just the right amount of time so the kids didn't get fidgety and we all had fun. We recommend the Diva Ducks!! |

| Captain Peggy and her first mate were great. Gave us a good idea of West Palm Beach, how it came about, what it is like now and where t is going. |

Couple on a Date |
| This was a really great activity for anyone. My boyfriend and I made a date out of it. The tour guide was great and funny. I would recommend it for any one. |
|
The ride was boring. Short on local history.

| As a local resident, I am very familiar with local history, but my group, a family visiting from out of town, was not. I am sad to say that all of us found the tour very tedious, with no real information of interest provided. Several of my guests actually fell asleep. The Duck went North, out of Carver Park, not South, where most of the interesting Palm Beach homes, and history lie. The crew pointed out several homes (i.e. there’s Celine Dion’s mothers house) owned by various "captains of industry," and entertainers, but no real history of Palm Beach was provided to flesh out the tour - and there is so much (scandals - local lore). The Biltmore and Breakers were pointed out, but Whitehall was not. As we did not go South, no one got to see Mar a Lago, owned by Donald Trump, nor any of the homes designed by Addision Mizner. There was nothing said about architecture and almost nothing said about Henry Flagler. The Kennedy's and Worth Avenue were mentioned in passing. The crew did not provide any information about additional attractions in our area (the Norton, Kravitz Center, Whitehall, Bethesda by the Sea, Society of the Four Arts, The Zoo & Science Center, Antique Row in West Palm Beach, etc.) which is something you would expect a tour to provide - and no information was given about CityPlace except to say that there were shops and places to eat there. Had your guide suggested several restaurants, we probably would have visited one of them, as we ended our tour at 12:15 PM, and wanted to have lunch. Information would have been appreciated. It has been several years since I visited CityPlace and I had no idea where to go, or what was good. If I were visiting from out of town, and had no knowledge of the area, I would leave the Duck, wondering why people felt compelled to visit Palm Beach County. At the end of the day, for $25 a head, I expected more than a “phoned in” experience. I found the tour to have a lot of down time where the guide played music (Margaritaville) instead of providing interesting information.
I suggest that you hire older guides who have a more thorough knowledge of Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, and who are familiar and excited about the location and it’s history. Your tour definitely needs “fleshing out.” The girl who was our guide was very young, and probably can’t get into, or afford to go to many of the local attractions, restaurants, and nightspots that many of those who took the tour would find exciting. Also please reduce the number of lame “duck” jokes and attempts to foment false excitement. It is hard to become excited when the vehicle upon which you are traveling moves so slowly that kayakers are able to overtake it in the water. I would much rather hear about local history, and about things to do and see, than to be engaged in a “Village People, YMCA” sing along. And for goodness sake, please travel South! |

| My son and I wanted to do something new so we decided to try the Diva Duck. Was a great time; not too long or short, cool breezes will keep you comfortable, gorgeous homes to peek at. |

| Thank you.
My group included myself and my 75 yr-old mom. She was impressed with the fact that a single vehicle enters/exits the water!! !!!!!!!!!
Would be nice to have a photo op w/ the boat going into the water. |

| Well narrated trip. Met my expetations and the kids had fun. The staff and crew were always professional to our group and all on board. I question the reliability of the craft and the contingency plans in case of breakdown. Our tour had to be re-scheduled at the last minute due to malfunction. |

| I took my 10 year old grandson on the DivaDuck and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was very entertaining and informative. My only complaint is that I would like the trip to have been longer!!! |

| The 75 minute Diva Duck tour is most fun for kids under the age of 10. Over that age, adults included, you will be very bored, especially during the 2nd half of the tour. The "Duck" sails very slowly across the intercoastal waterway to view a few homes of the rich and famous. Beyond that, it's not very interesting and not worth the $25 adult admission. A better bet would be to rent bikes and ride around Palm Beach, or rent a different tour boat that will spend more time viewing the homes of the wealthy if that's your pleasure. |
