West Palm Beach Duck Tour

Our guide (from S.Africa) made our tour very interesting. I enjoyed going out on the water as I had never been on the Intracoastal off of WPB. Thought we'd go closer to Peanut island, I'm slightly disappointed in that. Enjoyed overall. Tickets are a bit high priced and the cancellation policy of no refunds is strict. My child got sick and couldn't go at the last minute and I could not recoup the $15 ticket fee and I had to go or forfeit my $25 ticket too.

Overall, the ride was fine. My kids and I enjoyed the actual drive/boating aspect, however, the subject matter was very gaudy. Could have done without the play-by-play of the lifestyles of the rich and famous. At one point the tour guide even mentioned that it was $20,000/year to attend Palm Beach Day Academy. Made me cringe. It would have been nice if the subject matter was more historical and a lot less People magazine.

The Diva Duck tour was fun and informative. Our tour guide was funny, knowledgeable and very personable. City Place where the tour begins and ends is a beautiful area with lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this tour for locals and visitors alike.

The tour was cancelled and I was not called that morning to let me know that there might be a possibility of this. I was not given a refund, but a future credit. Not happy...

The DivaDuck experience was great! The tour was well-planned and on time. We learned new things about West Palm. It was worth the money. I would highly recommend it to tourists or locals who want to do something fun.

The weather was bad and the tour cancelled. We were given rain checks to re-book at another time. We plan to re-book for February.

The weather happened to be gorgeous on the day we went. If you can book on a beautiful day, you will really enjoy the tour, especially the water portion. The tour guide was a local student and couldn't have been nicer. The biggest drawback is that West Palm Beach is not the most exciting city to tour. The Boston Duck Tour swims circles around this one!

I brought my 92 year old grandmother and she enjoyed it. The crew was patient, kind, funny and helped her on and off. Great despite the changeable FL weather, rained for 5 minutes then stopped and was sunny again. :)

We had a great time on the Diva Duck! It was interesting to learn about the city and to explore the area on both land and water. Everyone was very friendly and informative for my out-of-town guests. Thank you for a wonderful time aboard!!

We enjoyed the ride and tour, but it could have been a bit better. There was little description of what was on the water other than a few houses and too much playing of music. Some obvious land spots, like a drive down Worth Ave were skipped.
