DivaDuck Amphibious Tours

The tour guide was very entusiastic and seemed to really enjoy her job.

Were reluctant to do this tour, because we are locals and have seen most everything. We were pleasantly surprised by how much fun we had, and we even learned new tidbits about the area. Our guests had never been on an amphibious vehicle and had never been to the Palm Beach area, so they were quite impressed.

The ride was pretty boring and some of the jokes were in very bad taste. My mother was very offended

I went to West Palm Beach for the first time all by myself so I decided the Duck Tour it was amazing that I started off on the bus in the street then end up on a boat in water. The bus/boat reminded me of transformers too exciting. Well, I took a lot of pictures and it was very relaxing I ejoyed it so much that I'm going back this month with my family and friends :-)

Enjoyed the tour of West Palm Beach as well as the island. It was very good for the length of time and the price. The tour guide and the captain could have gotten a little more involved with the group. ( I enjoy that but others might not) There were kids aboard and I think a sing a long could have been appropriate. We went on a similar tour in Seattle and it really got fun with the sing a longs and the captain changing hats for every time the character of the tour changed (surfing, boating etc).

Nice experience but too much noise from the hostess

It was good to have a bit of history about West Palm Beach. All the Duck stuff was a good addition, but as attending with only a baby child, I didn't find that too attractive.

Having been on duck tours in other locations I found this one to be less informational and less entertaining. The 1st mate was Very corny with her duck jokes. It seemed that she was trying too hard and came off fake. She waited until the front of the boat had passed a mansion before she identified it. Thus those in the front were always looking back and trying to figure out which one she was talking about. All in all the tour was ok. Definitely not something I would be anxious to do again in W Palm or something I would recommend to other families members going down for a visit. It was nice to go on the short ride on the water. It was a beautiful day.

My husband and I gave my parents a day at City Place as a Christmas Day. We had a wonderful lunch at City Cellar and then enjoyed the highlight of our day-the Duck Tour. the tour guide was humourous and knowledgeable, it was fun to see all the lovely homes, I recommend it for all ages !

Bought Tix for 10 persons ranging from age 5 to mid 40s to age 79. I was really excited to go on the Duck Tour, but the boat was very slow once it got into the water, then the houses that we saw along the shore and the stories was not so interesting. I think a bus tour portion by itself would have been more fun. So perhaps the bus portion could be longer and the boat tour shorter. The guide suggested that the morning tours saw manatees and dolphins. It was nice and breezy on the water at least and not too hot. Seemed more like a promo for the stores and restaurants at Cityplace. Oh well.

I inadvertently booked the adults in my party on a 2:30 tour and the kids on a 4:00 tour. I was notified that morning, and although I really would have rather gone at 2:30, they said that the earlier tour was full and we would have to go on the 4:00 tour or not at all that day. The mistake was quite possibly my own, but they were flippant about the whole affair from the very beginning, and made it seem like I was purposely trying to pull one over on them. When I arrived to check in, I jokingly asked if she would throw in duck quackers for my kids since we got bumped. You'd think I asked her for a private tour from the way she adamantly told me "No, you can buy them for $2 apiece. We didn't bump you, YOU caused..." Blaming me for the problem with the booking. In the hospitality industry, isn't the customer always right, even if she's the one who made the mistake? They probably could have afforded to be a little nicer to someone who just spent $100 for tickets on their tour. Maybe the business isn't doing so well. Anyway, the tour itself was just ok. The guide was scripted and not particularly engaging. The time spent chugging on the lake lasted way too long. He told us to "relax" while we circled. That part was boring for the adults, let alone the kids. The vehicle is very cool though. There are much better ways to spend your money, for sure. Would not recommend.

Not so much to see. Diva Duck was very short time on the sea.
