The Diva Duck was totally not what I expected. The website indicated that you get tours of the city on land and water. For what was offered, tickets should be $5.00 for all passengers. This was something I will never reccommend or do again! I clearly feel that i deserve a REFUND! |

it was a nice day to be out on water - nothing to see on land part and back of nice houses was entire tour on water. |

I took my 10 year old grandson on the DivaDuck and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was very entertaining and informative. My only complaint is that I would like the trip to have been longer!!! |

My family and I had a great time, considering the type of day we were getting together for. 13 years ago our mother passed away and we promised each other that on the anniversary of her death we would get together as siblings and honor her memory by keeping the close bond that she had instilled in us. Every year we pick something that we think she might have enjoyed as a celebration of her life. She was a wonderful mom and we thank you for making it a fun day for us all. |

Both the captain and the person who was narrating were excellent. I would suggest that someone be available to help people down the ladder at the end. Although it is easier than it looks, some people were struggling and could have used a guiding hand. Having someone just standing at the bottom really wasn't good enough. |

The weather happened to be gorgeous on the day we went. If you can book on a beautiful day, you will really enjoy the tour, especially the water portion. The tour guide was a local student and couldn't have been nicer. The biggest drawback is that West Palm Beach is not the most exciting city to tour. The Boston Duck Tour swims circles around this one! |

Enjoyed the tour very much...great for adults. Kids (young teen & pre-teen) were a little bored after the initial excitement of the vehicle wore off. Guide did an outstanding job of giving history of the sights we were seeing. |

My experience was great from the start...we were unable to attend the Friday time due to a major traffic jam on I-95 and when I called I was so surprise and pleased that Viginia was able to change our tickets to Saturday. I thought for sure we would have lost the $$$ and also the opportunity to go on the trip.
To have employees that are empowered to make decisions without having to transfer you to someone else is so nice and unusual in this day and time. We really enjoyed our trip on Saturday with the driver and side-kick. She really did a great job on letting us know what we were seeing and the history of the town.
We will be back...with friends.
