DivaDuck Amphibious Tours

We were a party of three, age range was 16/40/71. Each one absolutely enjoyed their trip on Diva Duck. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This was very different and enjoyable activity. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and informative. I thought the trip was a bit pricey for the length and for what we actually saw, and while our children were encouraged to buy "duck Whistles", they were never actually used during the trip. The best part of the trip was the thrill of actually going into the water.

We had a great time with kids (5 and 3). The bus is comfortable and clean, and was right on time arriving and departing. Nice view of Palm Beach, though a very short and limited tour. Good narration byt he guide. They are now charging for the little duck "quackers" that I think used to be free. Times are tough all over.

I have been on several similar "duck" rides in various cities, but Diva Duck was by far the best I've been able to ride. So much information was given by our guide, and with lots of enthusiasm too! We spent more time on the water than any other ride, and it was so relaxing. I was disappointed when I read in the newspaper that the duck ride was having financial problems, only to discover this is not true. They are doing quite well with most of the rides sold out. Don't believe all you read. You have to buy a "duck whistle" when you go on the tour. Getting into the the theme of the ride is half the fun, although we used it for the remainder of the day too. This is a must-do while in the area! You won't be sorry.

Would have been more fun for younger children and adults not looking for too much substance. It was relaxing to go out on the water. I would have liked a little more time on the water and/or seeing some more significant sights. Overall an enjoyable frivolous activity

The on-line description does not match the trip itinerary. We did not get close to Peanut Island and the narrator's voice was irritating. The vehicle is parked near a smelly sewer in City Place and the children were nauseated from the smell before we got on the boat. We did not see anything of interest on the trip.

Really missed the Duck whistles we had looked forward to. The guide was cute and enthusiastic but there isn't too much to see.

I am a local resident. I took my granddaughter visiting from out of state. She liked it but also became bored at times. The gal doing the narration was fun and informative when she did speak. However, there were many lapses where nothing but a little music played. I would recommend more history facts, local anecdotes etc be added. I would not go again nor particularly recommend.

This was a nice tour. But, as a few of us said " the price is a little high for this" I would like to go on the Diva Duck again because it is very relaxing but couldn't afford it all the time.

I recently moved to South Florida. I had a group of 5 of my girlfriends visiting from out of town. I chose to do the Diva Duck tour since Palm Beach is so beautiful. We all enjoyed the water part of the trip. We passed so many beautiful homes. The tour guide and driver were very nice and seemed to enjoy their job. I will go on the tour again when other friends/relatives from out of town visit.

The Diva Duck is an unusual vehicle. It's an open bus with a canvas roof and large wheels and it's also a boat with a propeller. We enjoyed touring West Palm Beach and drving straight into the water on what was a perfect day. We are local but our cousins from Europe loved it too. The driver/captain concentrated on his job while the tour guide provided us with plenty of information and duck jokes. The cold drinks were reasonably priced. We saw our city from a different point of view and once again marveled at the size and variety of the mansions in Palm Beach. Top speed in the water is only about 6 knots and to me a big part of the experience is just being out on the water enjoying the breeze. The price is about right for the 75 minute experience, the Duck was reasonably punctual and the tour guide, Lauren, seemed to really enjoy her job. If we had one criticism, it's a very tiny one. Combining the memorized script with cues for the next song is just a little too contrived. The background music was pleasant enough and sometimes you don't want Hollywood, you just want the Intracoastal. By the way, the climb up and down the stairs into the Diva Duck is pretty steep. Don't try this tour unless you can make it. Generally, a very enjoyable time. I'm ready to go again.

Our family of 5 adults recently took this tour. We stopped by the Chamber office first to pick up brochures and tourist information. They offered us to use their phone to make our reservation for the tour after we told them we were interested in doing the tour and had come to West Palm for that purpose. The person on the phone repeated all information and told us exactly where to park and to pick up the tour. It left right on time and was well worth the money. The driver was competent and funny as was the guide. Both were quite well informed and answered all questions directed to them. They had a wealth of information to share with everyone. Everyone on the tour seemed to have a good time, as well. I highly recommend this tour in West Palm and anywhere else you travel that has one. This is a first class outfit all the way. Thanks for a great time! The only disappointment was that we didn't get a quacker as I had promised the rest of the group. I have been on serveral of these tour previously and always received one. This wasn't a big however since we were all grounups anyway.
