Dive-In Theater Boat Cruise of Bar Harbor

A friendly crew and entertaining time. This activity is safe, humane, educational, fun. Our two-year-old was very impressed, our fifteen-year-old was amused and we had fun.

this experience was very nice, Diver Ed was full of enthusiasm. Every time i go i learn something new. And that is saying something. However I think that the "new blood" (teenagers, little kid etc.) so to speak have a few things to learn, but I believe they are in the hands of a very capable teacher. I greatly enjoyed the dogs and I cannot express enough how pleasant it is to be around Diver Ed, his charm and candor are infectious. I anticipate many future visits.

Had a great time, Diver Ed certainly deserves his reputation as a community icon, and the whole operation was very well run. Entertaining and educational - you could say "Ed-u-taining!" We look forward to using the red pens as repeat customers the next time we are back in Bar Harbor (and the Dive-In Theater is one draw to bring us back). Will recommend to others... The Attig Family

Diver Ed was very enjoyable. It was educational while being great fun for the kids. Would definitely go again.

We spent a week in Bar Harbor doing all of the usual things tourists with kids do for fun. At the end of the week, when we asked our three kids what they had enjoyed most about Bar Harbor the answer was instantaneous and unanimous: Diver Ed!

This was really really cool, and we went early august. Probably you read that Diver Ed takes the kids out on his boat and dives down to search out sea life, and projects what he sees with a high definition camera. that in itself is a great concept - but if Diver Ed was just some ordinary guy instead of this amazing dude there would be no raving. This guy's a fantastic entertainer, and the way he and his wife work together is really great. Every 2 minutes he had me thinking - "whoa! what he just did was so over the top - that is awesome!" I'm so glad he doesn't hold back on his heavily entertaining antics. My daughter loved this guy - he's pretty much a hero to the kids. He's a true pro, and makes learning about marine life extremely entertaining for kids and adults. Wish i had seen Diver Ed when i was a kid!

This was my 5-year old son's third time on Diver Ed, and its the best year yet. ( My third time too.) It's great for the kids. But, its great for adults, as well. The underwater photography equipment is outstanding quality and the images are very clear. Ed is very entertaining, and Captain Evil doesn't seem to have an evil bone in her body. These two people found the perfect business for themselves because they're completely entertaining, and they make you feel welcome every time you step on board. It's a great 3-hours on the water.

Not only was the content educational while being entertaining, the way Ed conducts the trip is phenomenal. The kids thought that this was perhaps the best thing they did in the vacation. Thank you Ed.

We go to Diver Ed every year, and it never gets tiring. The kids love seeing all the sea creatures, and Diver Ed never ceases to entertain! Have a great time!
