He was highly recommended to us, and it was totally worth it. One of the highlights of our trip to Bar Harbor. He was entertaining as well as educational. |

My family and I (including my 2 1/2 yr old son) participated in Diver Ed's Dive-in Theatre while we were vacationing in Bar Harbor. Our day started out quite dreary and rainy, but in spite of the weather, we absolutely LOVED it!! Ed and his wife (and crew) were so entertaining ~ we loved getting to see the animals in the water (via Ed's underwater camera) and getting to touch the animals once Ed resurfaced. Ed and his crew were very knowledgable about each of the sea creatures that we saw, we learned so much!! Thank you for providing such a wonderful and unique experience!! |

The tour was great fun for the four of us. Our boys are 9 and 11 and they loved the hands on time with the sea creatures. Diver Ed is hilarious and made the trip an exceptional experience. We will go again next time we visit Bar Harbor. |

Diver Ed and his wife, Captain Evil, and the whole Dive-in Theater experience were wonderful. We went as seniors but chose the kids' cruise rather than the adult cruise and are we glad we did. Diver Ed is a scream. He has a way with kids that keeps them on the edge of their seats. He teaches through his natural comedic talents. I haven't recommended a three-hour excursion this highly in years. |

This is a can't miss activity especially for the kids. Diver Ed is funny and educational all at the same time. Diver Ed shows you what the bottom is Frenchman Bay is all about and brings over 2 dozen bay creatures to the surface for you and your children to see, touch and learn about. It is a great trip for adults as well. If you visit Mount Desert Island be sure to book this trip. Book in advance using Zerve on line booking for your best results. |

I am a high school biology teacher so I know if people know their stuff or not..and I learned several new things on this trip. I had two kids aged 6 & 8 and they had a blast. Diver Ed is amazing with kids ...zany and excited..he made my son now obsessed with learning about marine life. I was laughing most of the time. Really worth the money. Go early in the week so that you will have time to take your kids to the sand bars and tidal pools to investigate and identify creatures of their own. |

Every time a grandchild comes to Bar Harbor I make a reservation for Diver Ed's tour. It is fun and educational. The adults love it and so do the children. Thank you to Diver Ed, Capt. Evil, The Professor, Solo and the wonderful Newfoundland doggies. |
