| My family and I had a great time with Diver Ed and Co. The owners are friendly and lively, and the information they gave us on the different forms of sea life we saw was just detailed enough so that we learned new things but weren't overwhelmed. The kids loved the please touch tanks, and my husband and I were impressed with the picture quality of the underwater camera. This was one of the most memorable highlights of our Acadia trip--we'll be back! |

| Driver Ed was funny, friendly, and very entertaining while sharing his knowledge and passion for sea critters. My husband and kids and myself all agree this was our favorite part of our entire trip to Maine! Thank you so much, Ed and Edna, for sharing your life's passion with us! What a fantastically fun time!!! |

| This was such an awesome experience for the whole family. The kids were entertained while being educated. (Mine are 4 and 7 years old.) Perfect mix! I think all of the older kids, teens and adults had a great time too. I sure did. I can't think of one thing to change about the entire experience. It was fabulous. I was very impressed when I thought about how the staff makes you feel special and attended to. They take the time to interact with everyone on board. This was pretty remarkable to me when I considered just how many trips they have to do that must be pretty much the same for them, but a unique experience for the patrons. It's obvious how much they care about educating about the oceanlife and habitat. It was a gas! Besides all of the hands on time with the specimens from below, we also saw porpoises jumping, a seal, and a huge Windjammer that came right along side of us. The natural beauty of the location goes without saying. Amazing views! I could have stayed out there on the boat even longer, but this was a perfect length of time for the kids. And, I'll never forget the drama of Mini Ed wrestling a live lobster underwater! I just might have to go again next summer! |

| When we found the website info we knew Diver Ed was the trip for us and our family. After actually experienceing Diver Ed this is a must see for anyone with kids who are into ocean aquariums and/or sea life. Ed is not what you might expect at first site, however he puts you to ease almost instantly with his humor. Its a cross between "revenge of the nerds", "animal house", "caddy shack" and the Discovery Channel.
Be prepared to laugh, get slimed, learn about the sea, and enjoy a wonderful time on the ocean. We are already talking about doing it again on our next trip to Maine. So I recomend you come on board and get ready to experience your "three hour tour".... |

| If you have children and even if you don't this trip is WONDERFUL!!! The information and actions are presented by a wonderful staff and keep everyones attention. My daughter had a starfish (SEA STAR- as you will learn) tower of 10 on her head - what a great photo!!! I will be talking about this trip for years to come as will my kids. |

| As grandparents, visiting our children and grandchildren in Bar Harbor, we were delighted to participate in the Diver Ed experience. Diver Ed was funny, informative, and thoroughly entertaining. The use of the underwater camera and projection of both voice and picture was fantastic. His interaction with the small children made it a memorable field trip. |

| was a wonderful day, the kids enjoyed it, especially the video antics of Mini-Ed the diver... and the inflatable dry suit at the end was a lot of fun too...

| The Dive Inn Theater with Diver Ed was FANTASTIC! It was facinating to see all the sea creatures on the bottom of the ocean in their natural habitat. Then he brings them all up to get a closer look and feel with a brilliant naration of the creature in detail. Our entire family (kids, parents, and grandparents) plus our friends had the best time as it was fun, entertaining, and we learned so much from Diver Ed. This is definitely one of the top 3 things to do in Bar Harbor!
