This is a great thing to do for a couple of hours during a vacation. Boat ride wasn't too long. Live camera footage was really cool. Being able to touch the sea creatures was a big hit with everyone. |

The kids had a great time. The dogs put the passengers at ease right away. Ed and his whole team is amazing. We hope that Mini Ed #137 lasts for the week!!! Highly recommend the adventure. |

Diver Ed's tour was recommended to us by a rental agent representing the home we were staying in during our vacation to Acadia. We were NOT disappointed! Our children ages 14 and 11 both LOVED it, but there were also kids as young as 4 on the tour. Diver Ed was great with ALL of them.
In a nut shell, he explains his diving suit, jumps over the side of the boat and bags live sea creatures on a live video feed (high def too!!) in a net. He then returns to the surface and after a brief biology lesson on a select few, the kids are invited to explore them all in a "touch tank". He infiltrates his entire "schpeel" with loads and loads of kid friendly humor. Our 11yr old son ATE IT UP! We HIGHLY recommend this 2 hour tour!!! :-) |

This excursion was everything that we had hoped for! Everyone enjoyed it from grandparents to parents to our 9 year old son. Our son said that Diver Ed's teaching, fun attitude and hands on displays were the best ever! I would recommend this to everyone! It was definitely a highlight of our East Coast trip! |

Everyone on the trip obviously had a great time. And all the kids were fully engaged, soaking up the information about all the fascinating sea creatures filmed live on the sea floor in their natural habitats and brought up to the boat by Diver Ed. |

This was the highlight of our week. Diver Ed and Capt. Evil are a great team. They were so informative and entertaining. They are very knowledgeable and deliver information with comedic flair which kids of all ages can enjoy. There were no fussy or bored children (or adults) on this tour! |

Diver Ed was great! We took our 4 kids and it was SO much fun for them. Diver Ed is hilarious and really taught the kids a lot about the animals. It was so neat to see the ocean floor from the big camera he dives with and he brought up tons of animals for the kids to hold and learn about! I would do this again in a heart beat! The owners were super nice too!! |
