This adventure is a must!My Nine year old daughter had a blast,and my wife and also had a great time.Diver Ed and Captain Evil rocked!The rest of the crew was great too.Well worth every penny spent. |

Diver Ed is great with the kids, and has fun facts and information for all. This is a great way to see Frenchman Bay, and learn all about the underwater life it contains. We've been four times in five years, and plan to keep coming back. Our kids were six, and four years old on this trip. |

We had seen the video on the website so we knew we were in for a great time. Both Evil Edna and Diver Ed were very upbeat, humorous and cheerful (even though they do the program twice a day) and made us feel very special. Every trip is different. The story of the cameras and lights is quite amazing. My grandkids both got involved and thoroughly dripped on and learned so much. It was a beautiful day, we saw porpoises, seals and an eagle as well as all the beasties underwater. This is a great program for all ages. Does Mini Ed have any benefits or a pension fund? |

As an adult, it's so great to see someone who loves their work as much as Diver Ed and his wife, Captain Evil (who is quite nice) do. We were on his 9:30 voyage and, from the start, our entire boat was grinning from ear to ear. This isn't just for "the kids" but for anyone who loves a lot of silly along with really interesting facts about the ocean floor and the critters who lives there. I especially loved how Diver Ed noticed my 11 year old's fascination with a sea cucumber and made a point to talk to her about it, even giving her a rad tattoo on her arm as a souvenir. He really has a gift for making kids feel special and for making sure the grown ups are having fun too. We will definitely be back---I can't imagine going up to Bar Harbor and not taking this cruise again. |

My wife and I found this to be a tremendously entertaining outing during which we also learned a great deal about various types of aquatic life in Bar Harbor. Highly recommended for all ages. The kids seemed to have at least as much fun as the adults. Diver Ed put in an enthusiastic, high energy performance that must leave him exhausted at the end of the day. |

This tour is a MUST! Not only do you learn a lot, but the show is hilarious. This is G-rated and entertaining for any age. The kids on the tour loved it, and so did all the adults of any age. We heartily recommend.

This was the first time on a boat for my grandsons, ages 5, and 4 . And they loved it. Diver Ed, Captain Evil, the Professor and Solo made for a terrific experience. Diver Ed is hilarious and his gentleness with the sea animals sets a great example for the children. And we learned some things too! |

This was my second visit and my kids' third visit to Dive-In Theater. Every time has been better than the last. My kids love Diver Ed and we cannot go to Bar Harbor without making this trip.
The educational part is so well done from the elements of the suit to the equipment to the underwater experience (even without the camera on which was phenomenal) to the hands on experience with the sea life on the boat.
The fun part is Diver Ed himself. He clearly loves what he does and he loves the kids and that transfers over to their response to him. We will continue this tradition as long as we keep going to Bar Harbor. It is a great show and well worth the time and money. |
