Wonderful family activity

| Diver Ed was very entertaining and wanted to make sure his guests were comfortable and entertained. Everyone gets a chance to hold and touch all the seas creatures that Diver Ed brings back to the boat with him. He was funny and we enjoyed his interaction among the groups of people. When we went out with him his camera broke so we weren't able to see what the water was like underneath. Diver Ed was very apolegetic and gave everyone on board free return tickets. I was not expecting him him to do that at all as I thought that was just a minor inconvenience. Cheers to Diver Ed and his crew. I will mention that he did have 2 huge black dogs on board that were wet ,so if you don't like dogs I suggest you skip the boat ride or sit well in the back where the dogs cannot get to you. | ||||||

| Diver Ed & crew's enthusiasm provided a great combination of comedy, entertainment and education. Our 5 year old has not stopped talking about our experience with Ed and crew since we went a week ago. We Will be going back again next year. | ||||||

| The boat ride and trip was very educational, the children had a lot of fun. And they learned alot of marine biology. I would recommend it to anyone that is going to the bar harbor area. | ||||||

| We've been on many different boat tours in Bar Harbor and other ocean destinations. This was by far the best, most entertaining one. My kids loved it and we did too! Diver Ed was VERY funny and it was action packed....full of education too! We would highly recommend this activity to all families! | ||||||

| The entire family (me and my husband and our 2 children, ages 3 and 4) enjoyed this excursion immensely. First, it's just nice to be out on the water, looking at the cenery. Second and more importantly, the trip was not only educational (my 3 year old keeps talking about sea cucumbers and how the "seastar" has 5 legs) but Diver Ed and his crew are very funny. It being the middle of Sept., there was only one other family with children on the boat; the rest of the passengers were adults of various ages and those adults seemed to get a kick out of the program as much as we did. Highly recommend it to everyone. | ||||||

| If you like to expose your children to a little educational material occaisionally, this is a great way to do it. Diver Ed is immensely entertaining for everyone in the family & we stayed close enough to shore to avoid seasickness. Loved how we could watch what he was doing on the big screen while we were in the boat. He also brings up what he finds so you can see the critters up close & hold 'em if you'd like to. | ||||||

| This was one of the best activitieas I have ever done. Diver Ed's love of the ocean transpires so much we feel like taking it up. He and his team are so much fun, we laughed as much as the children. From the moment he presents himself to everyone one and shakes are hand we were sold. A trip that should of lasted 2 hours lasted 3 and a half because they had so much to share with us. Ne counting the time when tou have fun. Not a child on that boat asked to get off. I suggest it to everyone I know and would do it again in a heartbeat. Great, great fun. Thanks to Diver Ed and his team. | ||||||

| Our entire family enjoyed the dive in theater program. We enjoyed watching Diver Ed on the theater screen as he explored the bottom of the ocean and loved seeing the the animals that Diver Ed brought up to the boat. The park ranger program was very educational and truly adds to the experience. We hope to purchase a Mini-Ed, Diver Ed's diving companion toy for my son. I'm not sure if we can do that through Zerve or not. If so, please let us know. Thank you. | ||||||

| This was our second family excursion with Diver Ed. We went out on the ill-fated "Seal" last year, and were delighted with the "Dive-In Theater." Our two boys, 6 and 9 this year, couldn't wait to go back, this time on the "Starfish Enterprise." The weather was beautiful on the Monday morning in Mid-July that we took our second trip with Diver Ed and Evil Edna. We saw porpoises on our way to the dive site. Ed's humor and teaching while underwater and later back aboard with the sea life he brought up were worth every penny. After we left, we also walked around the beautiful grounds at the College of the Atlantic. If you are in Bar Harbor with kids, the Dive-In Theater should be a "must see." | ||||||

| This was the absolute best thing we did on our trip to Bar Harbor. We have been visiting this area for about 25 years now, and this activity was one of a kind! It was informational and humorous. Ed and Evil (who is the sweetest person alive) are fantastic with the kids. My kids said it was "the best trip ever." But I would have enjoyed it even without kids. Some of my best vacation pictures are from the Diver's Ed trip. I have a fantastic one with sea stars stacked on my son's head! Oh, and now lobsters are his favorite animal. | ||||||

| Diver Ed and his wife Captain evil provide a unique view of the seaworld in the cold waters of Maine with hilarious commentary and actions. Diver Ed sings madeup songs as he prepares to be pushed off the stern by all the kids aboard. He takes a camera with him and the pictures are beamed aboard to a large screen. He selects various sea life to bring aboard, including baby lobsters, scallops, and star fish plus various sizes of seacucumbers. After he comes aboard all seacreatures are handed around to be gently handled and even kissed. Seacucumbers also squirt -- in faces, down backs with much laughter and screams from the kids. The adults also enjoy the show especially seeing the kids react. Both Diver Ed and his wife are extremely knowledgeable about everything we are seeing. My son-in-law and grandson (11 yrs) said it was the best trip they have ever taken. This is a trip not to be missed on any visit to Acadia National Park | ||||||
