| This is a great activity for all ages. My 60 year old mother and I enjoyed it as much as my 9 year old daughter! It was fun and educational. Diver Ed does a geat job interacting with the children. My daughter loved hearing about the sea creatures then actually getting to touch them. We highly recommend the Dive In Theater and will definately do it again! | ||||||

| I took my two nieces on this trip two years ago and they never forgot it. When visiting with us this week, the first thing they asked about was if they could go on the Diver Ed trip again. They loved it this time as if it were their first trip. Diver Ed does a great job of managing excited children and including all who want to be included. He has a great amount of energy to keep both children and adults interested for the entire trip and takes time to interact with children and adults individually, asking where folks are from and including them in the presentations. This is a trip that should be a priority for all visiting and local families. For our extended family, this was a memorable trip, and the memories of the events are shared, nearly every time we gather. | ||||||

| I took my son to see Diver Ed four years ago. He was only 3 1/2 at the time. Ever since then he has been asking me when he can go back. We finally had a chance to go again this year, and brought some friends with us this time. The boys had a great time, and are already asking to go again! We won't wait for 4 years again! | ||||||

| Diver Ed and his wife Captain evil provide a unique view of the seaworld in the cold waters of Maine with hilarious commentary and actions. Diver Ed sings madeup songs as he prepares to be pushed off the stern by all the kids aboard. He takes a camera with him and the pictures are beamed aboard to a large screen. He selects various sea life to bring aboard, including baby lobsters, scallops, and star fish plus various sizes of seacucumbers. After he comes aboard all seacreatures are handed around to be gently handled and even kissed. Seacucumbers also squirt -- in faces, down backs with much laughter and screams from the kids. The adults also enjoy the show especially seeing the kids react. Both Diver Ed and his wife are extremely knowledgeable about everything we are seeing. My son-in-law and grandson (11 yrs) said it was the best trip they have ever taken. This is a trip not to be missed on any visit to Acadia National Park | ||||||

| This was our first cruise in the new boat, the Starship Enterprise, but our fourth with Diver Ed and Captain Evil. The cruise is the highlight of the grandchildren's summer visit to Bar Harbor and is always first on the list of desired birthday presents. Ed and Edna are warm and educational and wonderful and they include everyone in the fun, even the grownups. If you want to learn a lot about sea creatures and laugh a lot as well, this cruise is the place to be. | ||||||

| One of the best investments of our summer vacation dollars this season. Our 9:30 Diver Ed Cruise mastered the fine balance between entertainment and education. We laughed and learned and were sad when it was over. The working dynamics of Diver Ed, Capt. Evil and Little Ed are just right. Little Ed's love affair for all things briny, spiny, and slimey is a true testament to kids that all living things deserve love and respect. Thanks Diver Ed, Evil and Little Ed. | Mixed group of mostly family and a few friends. Children were 3 to 7 years old. Some were from away. We had a great time, young and old. Funny and fast paced so the children didn't get bored. We will probably do it again. | ||||||

| Our Diver Ed excursion was educational and entertaining. Using state of the art technologies and comical props such as "little ED" , a miniature diver facing the dangers of the ocean bottom, we got to see close up what few get to see at the bottom of Maine's very cold ocean. Traveling with Diver Ed was a little like traveling with John Belushi, nevertheless it was a very unique way to spend an enjoyable afternoon. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, especially if you have children or grandchildren like we did. Thanks for a great afternoon. Peace, Roland, Veronica and family. | ||||||

| My wife and I had taken our daughter on this cruise once before and diver ED and Dr. Evil are very good with kids and genuinly care about making sure everyone has a great time! this time we brought the grandparents too and they LOVED IT!!! this cruise is a great time for everyone! its Funny! educational! and you will recommend it to everyone you see!! | we went on a diver ed trip two years ago upon a friend's recommendation.. we loved it so much we've been telling others it's a MUST DO if traveling to Bar Harbor.. we were very happy the weather was agreeable this year to take the kids again.. and we all enjoyed it just as much as our first time.... it's the perfect amount of time for the kids..... to us waaaay better than a whale watch, with no guarantees of seeing sea life.... and pssst parents the kids don't even realize they are being educated!!!!!! | Wow! That was just a fantastic trip. We loved every minute of it, kids and adults alike. Diver Ed is hilarious. He reminds me of John Belushi. I'm an educator, and I care so much about getting kids engaged in science and helping them to value the environment. What you are doing on these trips is phenomenal. The kids are learning by doing and laughing. My 6 yr old son remembered so many details as did my 4 year old niece. You guys are all terrific, and we can't wait to come back. Keep up the great work. | There are a lot of harbor tours, whale watches, etc. out of Bar Harbor. But if you have kids, this is the tour to go on. Diver Ed is quite a character. He knows sea creatures and keeps the kids engaged. It is both fun and educational. The underwater footage is incredible and the touch tank is great even for the grownups. | ||||||
