| Thanks very much to Diver Ed, Captain Evil, and Mini Ed! My family had a terrific morning out. The interactive nature of your tour is one-of-a-kind and I would highly recommend it (in fact, we did so several times as we met other families elsewhere on the island). The crew's enthusiasm was infectious and my kids had a blast. See you again! | ||||||

| We had seen Diver Ed once before and loved it but the kiddies were too small to really remember it, so we gave it another go. We were not disappointed. He's as funny (and educational) as ever. The kids loved interacting with Diver Ed and the sea creatures...it was definitely a top highlight of our trip to Acadia. | ||||||

| The kids loved the show. He even spent extra time with the group and took them to see some sunny seals. I bought the tickets but was too lazy to go - sent my son-in-law with t he grandchildren. I live on a boat in Southwest Harbor Maine for the summer and will recommend this trip to anyone who visits with children. Thanks!! | ||||||

| The Dive-In Theater with Diver Ed was one of the highlights of our trip to Bar Harbor. Great experience for young and old. Diver Ed had the family in stitches. He and is crew mixed humor with education. It was like Jacque Cousteu morphed with Bill Murray. The underwater camera action was fantastic. | ||||||

| We had 5 adults and 5 kids in our group. The kids ranged from 2 - 7. The program was a little over the two-year olds' heads, but the four year-old, five year-old and seven year-old had a great time. And it was educational, too. Thanks, Diver Ed! | ||||||

| Diver Ed's Dive-In Theatre was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. Anyone with kids (ours ranged in age from 2-9 years old) should definitely look into this activity. | ||||||

| I thought being out on a boat, for two hours, with my three year old daughter would be challenging. But Diver Ed kept all the children engaged and enthused. I think the target audience is from 4 to 9 years of age. We had a great time. | ||||||

| Dive-in Theater with Diver Ed was so much fun and a wonderful learning experience. We all got a chance to hold all the sea creatures caringly harvested by Diver Ed, and the comic relief provided by Ed was awesome - he should do video's or guest appearances on Letterman, etc. Edna - Ed's wife and body guard, narrated Ed's dive and clarified sometimes murky footage of the cold, dark Maine ocean waters. The close ups in High Def were incredible though and Mini-Ed's wrestling match with a lobster was so funny! The boat was roomy and the ride comfortable, and on the return trip to shore Ed circled around several times so everyone on board could see the dolphins that were trailing the boat. This was the second time we've experienced Diver Ed and we will surely be back again in the future - it is well worth the price! | ||||||

| My wife, my granddaughter and I all enjoyed the ranger led cruise tremendously. Having done graduate work in Marine Biology and Oceanology I guess I was not expecting to see a program that was so authentic and accurate. I figured it would focus on the entertaining more than these things, It was interesting, enlightening and accurate as well as very entertaining. Diver Ed and Captain Evil are excellent presenters. The ranger was also very well prepared. We were in Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park for four weeks and saw and participated in many womderful things and the Diver Ed cruise was one of the most outstanding highlights. | This was our second family excursion with Diver Ed. We went out on the ill-fated "Seal" last year, and were delighted with the "Dive-In Theater." Our two boys, 6 and 9 this year, couldn't wait to go back, this time on the "Starfish Enterprise." The weather was beautiful on the Monday morning in Mid-July that we took our second trip with Diver Ed and Evil Edna. We saw porpoises on our way to the dive site. Ed's humor and teaching while underwater and later back aboard with the sea life he brought up were worth every penny. After we left, we also walked around the beautiful grounds at the College of the Atlantic. If you are in Bar Harbor with kids, the Dive-In Theater should be a "must see." | ||||||

| Diver Ed and Captain Evil (Ed's wife Edna) are the talk of the town and you know will know why after one trip. On their new boat - just floated this year (2009), they are well equipped to make an exciting trip out to the local depths. From there you can watch Diver Ed via underwater camera as he goes into the "deep" with his trusty "mini-Ed" side-kick. Together they collect local sea creatures including scallops, crabs, lobsters, sea cucumbers and anything else that swims by. After an entertaining session of Ed encountering the local sea life, he brings it on board (under a special permit by the state of Maine) to allow for children of all ages to touch the creatures. It is two hours of fantastic fun for which we are on our 5th annual trip this year. You will not be disappointed and on the new boat, it is even more stable with easy viewing and plenty of room to engage both Ed and the creatures. Children, Adults and even those elusive teens will have a great time. Bring a camera and remember that on the water it can be cold.. | ||||||
