Food and drink will not be available on this cruise. It is BYOB, so please feel free to bring snacks and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks!

- Can I book this cruise if I am not a Vanner?
- No, this is a private event for Vanners and is not open to the public. Please only book this trip if you are a 2% Vanner attending the 2012 Council of Councils Meeting.
- Do I have to purchase my tickets in advance?
- YES! You must purchase your tickets in advance.
- Are Illegal items allowed on board?
- NO! Absolutely no illegal substances, weapons, or any other illegal paraphernalia is allowed on board.
- How long is the trip?
- The cruise will last around 1 1/2 hours.
- Are children allowed on the sail?
- Yes, children are allowed. However, there is no reduced child rate. Everyone must have a regularly priced ticket to attend, regardless of age.
- Can I bring my own food and drink?
- Absolutely! It is BYOB, so please feel free to bring your own snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages!
- Is there food an drink on board?
- No. However, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol!
- How early should I arrrive?
- We ask that you arrive 15 minutes beforehand.
- Is there tax?
- Yes, there is a local sales tax of 7% that will be applied to your ticket purchase. Gratuities are not included in the ticket price and are graciously appreciated for excellent service.
- What happens if it rains on the day of the cruise?
- If we experience extreme adverse weather, particularly with lightning, with no immediate end in sight, we will likely reschedule or give you credit towards another event. In most cases we might just delay the cruise a little bit until the weather passes.
- Are private charters offered?
- YES - This is a Private Charter available exclusively to Vanners attending the 2012 Council of Councils. Private charters are available for any length of time and for any occasion, such as birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, cocktail cruises, weddings, ash scatterings, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, etc. Also available are team building charters utilizing multiple sailing yachts. Refund/Rescheduling Policy
- Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather Policy
- Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
- The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.
Other Policies
- This is a private event for 2% Vanners. It is not open to the public.
- This event is a special, private event for vanners who are attending the 2012 Council of Councils Meeting. Only tickets purchased by 2% Vanners will be honored.
