The captain of the boat and the naturalist Mike were very friendly and knowledgeable. The trip is described on the website exactly as we experienced it - with one caveat: we saw about 3 pairs of dolphin over the 3 hour period (maybe 6 dolphins?). Based on the boat binder of possible sightings and previous online reviews, I had expected a lot more sightings and activity. Nonetheless, what was a very positive surprise was that we were given very high quality photos to take home of the dolphin we observed(which were taken by Mike), as well as a few other birds and local points of interest. The kids also got a woven patch with the firm's logo, and a color two-sided card on which they could check the box for sightings of dolphin, and a variety of birds, sea life, shells, etc. They did an excellent job in the areas that they could control - too bad we saw so few dolphins!

My husband and I enyoyed this trip immensely. It was educational and very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and even gave us pictures of ourselves and the dolphins and birds to take home with us. We loved the ride on a spectacular Florida sunshine day. We'd definitely recommend the tour for adults or families with children.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The captain was very nice. The young man who explained all the things we encountered was very knowledgable. We learned so much. We never felt rushed. The ride was smooth. I would do it again, and recommend it to friends.

Very fun activity, esp for pre-teen and younger

Spotting dolphins is not as easy as it sounds - we were tired after this 3-hour tour. Bring your camera, but be prepared to miss a lot of shots - by the time you see them, and aim the camera, they're back underwater! It takes a while to practice, but we did get some great shots. A DSLR, with a 70-300mm lens works well. Take a smaller camera, too, for wide angle shots on the beach, and you've got it covered.

We really recommend the trip. The staff was professional, helpful, considerate of the elderly and handicapped aboard, informative and all around good folks. We really enjoyed the experience and would rate it very highly.

The tour is very informative. Kent provided us with much knowledge and wonderful pictures. Saw many dolphins and other wildlife. Enjoyed the time on the island to shell. Feel as if they really try to personalize the trip. Would highly recommend this tour.

Spent a wonderful afternoon learning about and watching the dolphins. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and would do the trip again if we are in the area. The stop at shell beach was a bonus and it was great to stretch your legs and wander at leisure for a short while. Thank you/

I brought a friend for her birthday since she loves dolphins. It was a great experience; not only for dolphin watching but for learning. Chris and Kent were wonderful guides. My only (personal) disappointment was that Chris brought a dog along. Not everyone is a dog lover. I have severe allergies and even being outdoors it affected me. The dog roamed the deck and licked my leg--it has taken three days for the rash to disappear. I wouldn't hold it against the tour and still recommend it highly to everyone we talk to.

Our family really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it. We saw lots of dolphins, learned a lot from the onboard naturalist and enjoyed the opportunity to visit an island for swimming and shelling. The children (age 7 and 10) were very engaged in the search for the dolphins and there was an activity for the children that reviewed what they had learned. Well worth it!

Had a fantastic time ... saw many many dolphins ... found great shells ... commentary was just right ... felt very well entertained and cared for. High point of vacation.

This eco-tour is much more than we expected. The boat was just the right size so that you felt safe and you were able to get close to the wildlife. We thought that maybe it would be just a tour around the edge of the gulf and maybe we might see a few dolphins. However, it was much more than that. The boat captain and the tour guide were so informative and worked hand in hand with each of us. They answered questions freely (even when to us, the questions were ridiculous). We saw so many dolphins and had a lot of fun trying to identify them. The pictures the guide/naturalist took were great. We were able to see dolphin and other wildlife activity that normally you only see on TV. We will definitely go back again and again on this tour every time we visit.

This was an excellent excursion. The marine biologist on board was excellent. I appreciated his knowledge and humor,. This is a good activity for all ages.
