| We all enjoyed Captain John's Dolphin Watch trip!! We followed a pod of 5 dolphins that day. Amazing!!! They came so close to the boat. We loved it!! The snorkeling was great too. Lots of beautiful coral and fish. Had a great time would recommend to anyone going to the Key West area! |

| This was a wonderful peaceful experience for us. It was a small group and we were able to just be in the dolphin playground and watch these amazing creatures come right up to the boat, say hello, show off and generally play. We went snorkeling and saw a giant sea turtle, probably the highlight of our trip. The guide was really patient with me, took me a little bit of effort to get used to snorkeling!

| We saw no fewer than 30 dolphins including babies, it was a fantastic feeling seeing them in the wild. They were playfully swimming all around the boat at times and we were lucky enough to see them jumping out of the water.
John was a great guy who was obviously very knowledgeable about the dolphins and their underwater home.
We spent around 1.5 hours watching the dolphins ( and the occassional Man of War Jelly Fish) before John took us to a nearby coral reef where my husband and children had a wonderful time snorkelling amongst a variety of fish which they found a wonderful experience. John also took us to the shallow waters where we saw a Nurse Shark, Turtles, Sponges and Rays. We also saw wild ospreys nesting on a small island.
We highly recommend this trip. John provides you with refreshments (grapes, bananas and soft drinks) and also snorkelling equipment for those who wish to snorkel.
John is an excellent guide and can give you the answers to any questions regarding the dolphins and other wildlife in the keys area.
We all had a fabulous time.

| This was the perfect way to spend our morning. The intimate size of the group kept things relaxed and peaceful. Our guide was knowledgeable but not overbearing, and we had a delightful time watching dolphins and then snorkeling. |

| Our very friendly Captain took us on a trip I will remember. We saw many wild Dolphins around Key West and we even had the possibility to snorkle at a nice spot on the south side of the island.
I would totally reccommend Dolphin Watch for a tour on Key West |

| When I first saw the boat, I was disappointed. The "cat" was under engine repair and so we were relegated to an old speedboat. However, that proved to be a real boon since it was small and only took six passengers out. Captain John found dolphins through the cooperation of other boat captains. We approached the other two boats and hung back, waiting our turn and not chasing off the pod. Eventually, one by one, the other two boats left and we had the pod to ourselves. John was able to identify and name a couple of the dolphines for us as he explained a variety of their behaviors. Then we put on masks and fins and dived in to observe them more closely. By the time we all got in, the pod had lost interest and moved on. So John hauled us all back into the boat and we moved on. He moved out and ahead of the pod, anticipating their path. Then we all jumped back into the water and waited. Sure enough, the pod came our way and swam around us. John had given us careful instructions not to touch or chase . . . just observe. I was just floating along on my stomach gazing down when one came directly under me, rolled over, and swam with me, belly to belly, just a smiling away at me, checking me out. Then with a flick of her tail, she was gone, leaving me with a fantastic memory that I will treasure the rest of my life.
Next John took us out to the reef to snorkel. First he called some of the other boatmen to check out which reef had the best diving conditions. I thought that was great--making sure we had only the best. My daughter and I have been on lots of snorkeling trips, but never one as wonderful as this dolphin watch. The condition of the boat didn't matter in the least! It was the skill of the captain and the attitude of this particular company that made it all worthwhile. |

| We enjoyed the dophin watching and were pleased that Captain John was accomodating to our requests. Our only frustration was that we paid over $80 per ticket and people who just showed up only paid $35. Good for them, I guess. |

| We had a very good time on the charter. The boat was clean and comfortable, and we departed a bit early and stayed out a bit longer than the scheduled four hours, allowing us to see most of the sunset. Our boat captain John was very courteous and knowledgeable about dolphins and the Key West area. We saw around ten dolphins at various times, and were within a few feet of them on a few occasions (idling, so we were not overly disturbing them). Definitely recommend to anyone interested in seeing wild dolphins. |

| The boat was fantastic and very comfortable. Our Captain, John knew exactly where to go to find the dolphins and gave them just enough space to where the viewing lasted a long time. We saw a few different groups - one with two young. Then we were off to snorkle where we saw large schools of fish, lobster, rays, etc. You'll even see many fish at the marina before you even board the boat! Once done, John provided us with some local deals on Happy Hour and food that were much appreciated. Great time - we highly recommend. |

| i am more than happy that i have had the chance to go on a tour with DolphinWatch. i am convinced that it is the best place in key west to watch dolphins. i personally am not a fan of huge groups and "free beer activities", which seem to be common on other tours in key west. DolphinWatch was perfect for me. i hope to come back one day. |
