Scenic Trolley Tour of Door County

I think the guide was avoiding the popular sites because of the crowds, so we got to see the okay stuff that wasn't so busy. Also wasted time in traffic, not the guides fault, not ours either. When they say an hour your comiing in at 56 minutes, traffic or not. Good thing it had an excellent guide, he made the trip.

The tour guide was knowledge, just an overall fun experience!

My daughter,3 1/2 year old grandson and I had a wonderful time. We have visited Door County for many years and now live here. Nonetheless we learned a lot and had a great time. Our driver had my grandson ring the trolley bell which he is still talking about!

Based on the description of the tour I thought we were going to go around the upper part of Door County giving highlighted information. Instead we spent the majority of the time in the park and it's history with some additional history of the Fish Creek area. I would have liked to have had a broader review of the overall area than limiting it to one given spot. Either that or change the description of the tour.

The tour was very informative, but there was only one chance to take pictures off the trolly. We would have liked more chances to take pics.

I LOVE Door County Trolley Tours and The Scenic Tour is one of my favorites! It is full of beautiful views, interesting history and fun facts. Our tour guide (Jim) was great! Really friendly & knowledgeable. This tour is a must if you want to get some breathing taking photos!

Easy ticket process with e-ticket. Trolley was comfortable and very clean. Tour director was excellent; had great sense of humor and shared a lot of history and information about the things we were seeing around Fish Creek, Ephraim and the Peninsula State Park. We had two stops for scenic viewing and photo opportunities. The gift shop had a great variety of wines and door county treats to sample and buy. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

that we would have not otherwise have gotten. The tour guide, John was very informative. The viewing spots were tremendous. We would never have seen or learned about the Peninsula State Park if it weren't for taking this trip. My husband and I didn't stay long enough in the area to ride bikes or hike this park. So the Trolley tour was the next best option and it was GREAT!!!

We chose the scenic tour because my family has never been to Door County and we thought it would show us places of interest, which it definetly did. The trolley driver made the tour humorous and seemed to know the area very well; however he appeared to be someone that needs to be in control. He got frustrated (in a rude sort of way) when people engaged in conversations amongst themselves and did not give him their undivided attention. My family sat in the very back of the trolley and we could hear what he was saying despite others engaging in conversation. While traveling through the crowded town, he used the customers to help sell his service when groups of people were nearby. Overall, I am glad we took the tour because we were not familiar with the area at all!!! Afterwards, we then drove to a park that he took us to so we could see more of it, which was great!!!
