Door County Trolley

Our tour guide Todd was not only very informative but a great entertainer! We had such a great time on the tour - we will definitely be doing this again!

Rain or shine, the tour was both informative and a fun way to discover the history of wine making in Door County. Our tour guide Darrell was great and the winery hosts were more than willing to welcome the trolley guests with open arms. Try it, it;s worth it.

My husband and I did the wine trolley as our first anniversary and we had such an amazing time! Trolley Todd was hilarious and incredibly helpful with our cases of wine! Lunch was delicious and the tour flew by. I am recommending this activity to everyone and would do it again!

Very entertaining. Our tour leader, Bob, was great! Very entertaining, very dramatic. The stories were interesting and he even had us doing a sing a long on the way back to the orchard

Wasn't sure what to expect but I was surprised at the wealth of information given about the history of the area. Of course not to mention the ghost stories. I definitely recommend the tour.

We had a great time touring various spots in Door County with our enthusiastic tour guide. We enjoyed all the stops and their accompanying stories. The weather was cold but the trolley is heated. We had a great tour guide who knew his stories well and delivered them with passion. Great job!

My 88 year old mother, 61 year old sister-in-law & myself (age 65) loved the tour and tasted wine each place we went. We had a great group--9 couples and us (& 3 or 4 of the couples were on their honeymoon). We laughed a lot, sang, had a nice lunch, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy wine, but all of us bought because it was so delicious! (& delicious cheese and other delightful items) There was enough time at all wineries except the first one where there were so many other great shopping of oils, vinegars, wine accessories, and great gifts. The first winery also had gin & sherry tasting. The staff at each location were terrific and we were offered many taste samples. Just a really way to spend a fun afternoon. Wonderful trolley driver who made the trip even more special. He lives in Sturgeon Bay and only works a few days a week, but he is priceless. We would heartily recommend this tour to any one who goes to Door County. All our purchases were carried to the bus by the driver and marked with our names so it was all easy to identify when we returned to our starting point. Can't say enough good words about this tour.

I really enjoyed this tour, it was really informative and just the right amount of creepy. The tour guide had a lot of information and was a wonderful story teller, he told us all about the lives of the ghosts, not just how they died but how they lived and the people that loved them. We visited many places around Door County and learned a lot about the area. A great tour with a great tour guide and a great ambiance!

Highly recommended, we will return!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this tour was. My driver/tour guide John gave so much information about Door County and all of the lighthouses that I felt like I had been coming here for years. The lighthouses were beautiful, the lunch was delicious, the scenery was incredible, the information was a tourist's dream. If you are lucky enough to get John as your tour guide, you will know exactly what I am talking about when I say that no other tour can possible compare with this one.

The driver/guide (John) was knowledgeable, jovial, and amusing. The lunch was delightful.

I thought this tour went great. Bob told the stories with a great enthusiasm and everyone on the tour seemed to have a great time. It was a rainy night so we couldn't get as close to some locations as expected but it didnt put a hamper on the enjoyment. This tour provided some interesting history on the area's alleged paranormal activity and some of its famous past residents. I also enjoyed the the monster related music we listened to on the ride back into town. It was a wonderful time,highly recommended.

in spite of rain, wind, and cold our group of 6 had a fantastic time. Our tour guide, Daryl. was so personable and kept the mood light and fun...even providing a sing along. The staff at the wineries were very knowledgeable and gave us all a warm welcome as well as a very generous portion of the wine samples. The lunch was great and fun place. We are already looking forward to the culinary trolley tour next fall. After over 40 years of visiting Fish Creek area I thought I experienced everything Door County had to offer...boy was I wrong.

Excellent time. Tour guide John was awesome. Will be back next year.
