Door County Trolley

My 88 year old mother, 61 year old sister-in-law & myself (age 65) loved the tour and tasted wine each place we went. We had a great group--9 couples and us (& 3 or 4 of the couples were on their honeymoon). We laughed a lot, sang, had a nice lunch, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy wine, but all of us bought because it was so delicious! (& delicious cheese and other delightful items) There was enough time at all wineries except the first one where there were so many other great shopping of oils, vinegars, wine accessories, and great gifts. The first winery also had gin & sherry tasting. The staff at each location were terrific and we were offered many taste samples. Just a really way to spend a fun afternoon. Wonderful trolley driver who made the trip even more special. He lives in Sturgeon Bay and only works a few days a week, but he is priceless. We would heartily recommend this tour to any one who goes to Door County. All our purchases were carried to the bus by the driver and marked with our names so it was all easy to identify when we returned to our starting point. Can't say enough good words about this tour.

My 2-1/2 yr old son cried when the 1 hour tour was over because he didn't want to get off the trolley!!! All the adults had a great time too! The driver/guide was very fun and knowledgeable.

Most enjoyable tour with an excellent and well informed driver/guide. It was peak color season and couldn't have asked for nicer weather! Well worth the cost.

Door County Trolley is a wonderful way to become familiar with Door County. All tours offered are fabulous and the tour guides are very knowledgeable and fun! Ghost Tour should not be missed - loved the history!

A great way to receive an overview of the local businesses, history and sights of Door County. An enjoyable tour with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We really enjoyed the tour. We got a lot of information on the light houses we visited. The drives to the lighthouses were very scenic. We enjoyed a good lunch overlooking the water at Gorden's Lodge. Our driver/tour guide, John, did a wonderful job both telling about the lighthouses and other things in between.He really made the tour.

Our driver/guide John was fantastic and the tour was an excellent value. We learned more about Door County than we could imagine and had a great lunch as well! John was extremely knowledgeable and fun. As a result of this tour we will definitely be coming back to Door County!

The tour guide was very enthusiastic and kept everyone engaged in the history of the sites visited. He also recommended many other places to eat and visit outside the tour, including theater shows and special events.

The trolley picked us up promply and was on time the whole day. Got to see some great places and country side. The trolley driver was very personable and fun to be with. The trolley driver really enjoyed his job and the people. We can't wait to try another tour and visit Door County!
