| Good walking tour - tour guide was very knowlegeable. Because the tour lasted longer than scheduled, we had to leave early for dinner reservations. |

| We very much enjoyed our tour - three hours is a long time, but there was plenty of information provided, and our guide helped make it enjoyable with bits of humor along the way. The notebook of historical pictures also helped put things in perspective - we could see how the neighborhoods used to look, and compare them to the current structures. We always enjoy walking around when visiting a "new" city, and have done walking tours in several cities - this was one of the best we've done, and I'm happy to recommend it to others. |

| As a former tourguide, I know how difficult it can be to fill some of the time between "sites," but I wish our guide had a little more running commentary for some of walking time. But the tour was fun and informative, and the guide likable. |

| I was born in SF (3rd generation), spending only the first 9 years of my life there. As an adult, my family enjoys regular trips to the city for dinner, shows and other activities. The Whole Shebang was quite informative and Tom pointed out so many things that have been right in front of our eyes for years but never noticed! The city is magical and the stories of how it came to be were very enlightening. To our surprise, our tour was only the two of us with Tom - too bad - it would have been fun to have experienced this with a larger group. |

| Tom did a good job. He concentrated on the culture more than history which was more interesting than just boring history. Culture also allowed for more jokes. Also liked the large breath of the tour from art history to beatniks. |

| I liked the additional questions and quirkiness of this walking tour, however for 3 hrs it did fail to keep me occupied (although this in part was probably my own mood already).
It was quite expensive, so do not think I would say it was value fo money. |

| Blake and I enjoyed our tour. It was the highlight of our trip to San Francisco! We now know more about San Francisco than we do about our home city. We were especially happy that the tour wound it's way down hill! We will recommend this to our friends who are also planning a trip to San Francisco! AJ was a wonderful tour guide!
Thank you so much

| We saw a lot of the city with a fun tour guide. I would recommend it to all adults of any age but not for kids. |
