Activity Description
Fishing Headquarters has become famous in Ft. Lauderdale for our exciting Night Swordfishing Trips! Come join us for the only trip of its kind in Fort Lauderdale on our beautiful 85 foot Aluminum Hull party fishing boat, the "Catch My Drift".
Our boat is U.S. Coast Guard certified and licensed. We take a maximum of 15 passengers on this trip. Enjoy top of the line amenities such as:
- Air conditioning for those warm Florida days
- A fully equipped galley
- Dinettes and cabin bench seating
- Color Fish Finder and Bottom Sonar
- Men's and Women's clean restrooms
- Upper deck access
- Six live bait tanks, and more!
Swordfish are incredibly strong, taste delicious, and make great trophies. On these trips, we head about 10 miles out to the Gulf Stream current. Once in swordfish territory, we turn off the engines, drop our bait, and wait for the bites!
Nighttime is the best for catching nocturnally feeding swordfish. The speed, agility, and strength of swordfish make their capture even more satisfying. Swordfish use their sharp bills to slash and injure their prey, and will put up a fight!

Heavy duty rod and reel combos are required for this trip, and this equipment is included in your ticket price, along with all bait.
What Is Not Included?
Food and alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages are not included in the price of the tour. Feel free to bring your own, or pick some up at the convenience store located right next door to the meeting spot. Keep in mind that hard liquor and glass bottles/containers are not allowed on board!
