| I highly recommend this tour for both local New Yorker's and visitors. The tour guide was hysterical and it was great to learn more about the meatpacking district and it's history. |

| A few years ago I had been on the Greenwich Village walking tour twice and thought they were wonderful. This time my sister and I decided to try something different. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area, we tasted great food (to quote the woman behind us, "yes") and we saw very interesting sites. These tours are so enjoyable I will continue to recommend them to friends. |

| Thanks Food Tours and Curt! This was a fun thing to do for us food enthousiasts.
If you are visiting New York, do this in the beginning of your trip, because you'll get good tips about restaurants, when to go, and what to taste. Not only from your quide but also from other participants. |

| Our host, Kurt, was superbly prepared for this event. He has a knock-out personality!
He was most generous with information and seemed thrilled to be sharing "his New York" with us. |

| We had a wonderful tour. We are 3 girlfriends who became great food efficienodos when we worked in Dallads. One was transferred to Buffalo, and we decided to converge on the CITY for a girl's culinary weekend. Angie found the tour of the Chesea market on line and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. We even cancelled our reservation at Del Posto - bought a picnic lunch at the Chelsea market and took it back to the hotel. Our guide, Kurt - was the best. Very funny, but also very informed about food - about NYC and in particular about the area. It was a bargain at $40 and I would recommend it to any one. In fact, we all decided we would do it again. Kurt, inparticular, was a star! As a stand up comic, he brought his tools of the trade to his job and had us all in stitches. More importantly he had the owners of the stalls in Chelasea market emamorored and they just odored him. It was a GREAT tour and I woulds recommend it to anyone who cares about food or wine. Really terifiec. Well worh the money and more. Kurt made it work for us!! |

| Having been raised in Niagara Falls, NY (I now live in Dallas, TX), I have been to NYC many times, but never toured Chelsey Market or the Meatpacking District before. Not only was the information provided on Chelsey market informative, but it was over the top in terms of taste testing. I never expected that we would have so many tasty treats - it was lunch and then some! Kurt, our guide, was fabulous. He was informative, funny, and entertaining. It was more than just a culinary tour - it was an entertainment experience. I would definitely take another tour, and request Kurt as the guide! He clearly knew his subject matter, and the area well and his humor made it doubly enjoyable. Great tour!! |

| The tour was excellent! Kurt was an extremely entertaining and informative tour guide. I actually live in Chelsea, but I learned so much about the area that I didn't know and I gained wonderful dining tips. I would definitely recommend this tour to locals as well as tourists. |
