| A must....we went to visit our son who lives in NYC (who joined us on the tour) and even a "jaded" local thought this was about the most fun thing NYC has to offer!!!!!

| This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Everything we tasted was fabulous! Darryl was funny and entertaining and went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I loved all of his sides stories about the sites we were seeing. Don't hesitate to purchase these tickets, it will be worth every penny! |

| My family and I took the Chelsea Food tour and had mixed feelings about it. We enjoyed our guide very much and some of the food but here is some feedback.
1. Too much time was spent in the Chelsea Market itself and not enough time out in the Chelsea Neighborhood. There are MANY other restaurants in Chelsea that we could have had tastes in.
2. The tastings had too many sweets and not enough REAL food.
3. The salt tasting was a bit odd, and placed between two sweet tastings
4. We were expecting some interesting architectural and historical information outside of the market as well, like in your Greenich Village Food Tour. We loved seeing the High Line and hearing about the plans for the walkway and we would have liked to see more of the neighborhood, especially some of the OLD brownstones on the side streets and heard about their history.
Thank you for listening and we look forward to taking a third tour with you some time. How about a SOHO Tour or BROOKLYN!!!! |

| 4 of us signed up but one could not make it due to a leg injury. I could not find a sub on short notice. It would have been nice if she had been allowed to either get her $ back or reschedule or use it for another excursion since we are thinking about doing the Village. She had plenty of doctor's prescriptions and paperwork. We did return to the market to buy things and all were excellent but we were not able to shop a lot since we were not prepared to carry everything we would have liked to get back to NJ.
I have told others about the tour and they were very interested and I am giving them information. Would you be willing to send me 2 or 3 pamphlets since not all have computers?
The guide, Darren, was an asset since his personality was very charming. He took care of us with sincere concern ( he had to find a friend who got separated from the group). His patter was amusing as well. |

| Our guide was fun and very nice and the food tour was a great way to discover Chelsea Market, especially since you can always go back to your favorite stores after the tour. Our group was nice and I even met another European person (I live in Philadelphia but am French and she was on vacation in NY from Germany)! The booklet/documentation was also very helpful for we tasted and saw so many things that we wouldn't have been able to remember it all if we hadn't been given this booklet. I was thrilled and very happy with the tour; I took many pictures and will definitely recommend it to all the people I know.
PS: I was too "shy" to give the German woman my e-mail address but, if possible, could you please forward/e-mail it to her?? We had a good time together during the tour. I am Stephanie (tsarane@hotmail.com). Thank you! |

| This tour was so well received by our group ( of 8 people). Our guide, Kurt was funny, knowledgeable, and was a true delight! I have been on both food tours now, and this was by far my favorite. Every New Yorker should be required to go on this before they can live in the city! Well done!
Bravo!

| We are from Florida and went to NYC for my oldest daughter, Sloane's, 16th birthday and my middle daughter, Leland's, 13th birthday. Sloane did all the planning for the trip, including scheduling and ticket purchasing. We only had 3 days, so she wanted to make sure we got everything in that we wanted to do. This tour was definitely something the entire family wanted to do, and it not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. We enjoyed every minute of the tour. The 3 hours just flew by. The food was incredible and the samples were very large. Go hungry!! Our guide was knowledgable, entertaining and engaging. He made sure the entire group was enjoying themselves. It was definitely a highlight of our trip! |

| We were not disappointed with our Market Tour - it was a unique and enjoyable experience. We visited the market again later in the week to shop for special ingredients for cooking dinner at our west side apartment! How fun for our son and his fiancée.
The added tour of the local B & B was also an interesting encounter.
Thank you, Kurt, for a fun rainy morning that became a sun-shiny day! |
