Chelsea Market/Meatpacking Dist Food Tasting Tour

We had a wonderful day on this tour. The food was great - didn't need any lunch afterwards. Our tour guide Todd was very informative and helpful. I would suggest this tour to anyone who would like an enjoyable afternoon.

Kurt was great - very knowledgable and lots of fun. We even saw Ethan Hawke in Chelsea Market!

I have been on many tours with this group in Greenwich Village but this was my first tour in Chelsea. This tour was spectacular and I highly recommend it to visitors and locals alike. The tour is organized very well, the tour leaders are always well-prepared and the food and history lessons are very enjoyable.

I never would have known that the Chelsea Market/meat packing district existed and all the history and interesting facts that Kurt provided about the tour made it even more interesting. Kurt's sense of humor and the fact that he really seemed to enjoy what he was doing made the tour that much more fun. I can't wait to go back to the Market again to buy some of the delicious food we sampled and to eat/hang at the restaurants/bars in the meat packing district. We were really glad that we took the tour and I have already recommended it to some of my friends.

Curt, the guide was fantastic and has an amazing capacity to everyone's names, and to fully involve them with the tour. The food was great; one of our party was vegetarian and was catered for. Would highly recommend this tour to others. Afterwards, we wandered around all the stores, buying goods with the vouchers, and eating yet more food. Thanks.

First off, I would like to say how enjoyable our guide Darrel made this tour. He was so knowledgeable when it came to history, and the food tastings at each place we visited were well presented, and delicious. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a lot of fun with Darroll and his "food guidance" in the Chelsea Market! :) The food was very delicious and the tour was entertaining! Afterwards we went straight to the rooftop bar he recommended to us... perfect ending! Thanks a lot!!
