I highly recommend this tour. It combines fun, food and culture. I wish it had lasted more than the 3 hours!

Kurt our guide was wonderfull. He was very familiar with the area and could answer all questions. I learned a lot not only about the area but also about the markets and restaurants. Four Stars or two thumbs up. I would definately take the other tour if I ever make it to Ny again.

Our guide was enthusiastic, well informed and an excellent communicator! I am recommending the tour often. Suggest you broaden your advertising as many locals don't know about it.

TWO GIRLFRIENDS VISITING NEW YORK FOR THE FIRST TIME

THE GROUP SIZE WAS PERFECT, CURT WAS FUNNY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PATIENT. THE MERCHANTS WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND THEIR PRODUCT, DELICIOUS. WE REALLY HAD MORE TO EAT AND DRINK THAN WE EXPECTED. THE ENTRY INTO THE THE BEHIND-THE SCENES OF THE MARKET WAS TERRIFIC AND THE INSIGHTS INTO THE MARKET AND THE EVOLUTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOODS WERE FASCINATING. I WANTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN THE USUAL TOURIST FARE AND THIS PROVED TO BE AN EXCELLENT CHOICE. NEXT YEAR WE PLAN TO TAKE THE GREENWICH VILLAGE TOUR.

The tour was great, especially the tour leader. He was witty, very knowledgeable and it didn't hurt that he was from Canada! We went back to 2 restaurants that he had recommended in the area and they were great. I would recommend this tour to anybody. Actually I already have.
