| My sister and I took my mother on this tour as part of her 60th birthday gift. It was a nice way to learn about the culture of the area and the history of the market place. It will certainly be a fond memory for all of us. The tastings were delicious, especially the hot soup on a cold day in November. |

| My friend was visiting from Chicago. She and I wanted to have a quick sample of the West Village. I saw this tour recommended in a Sun Country In Flight magazine. We decided to give it a try. The day was very well spent. Cindy was a fun, knowledgeable, and very upbeat tour guide. The food tasting was the perfect amount and variety. I plan to take the other tours available. This was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thank you! |

| What a great way to see a different side of NYC - far away from Times Square. You learn a great deal about one of the unique areas of the city and in the process get to sample some amazing foods - breads, meats, cheeses, and croissants and on and on. With any luck you get Cindy as your tour guide - she is very funny, enthusiastic and keeps you very interested. |

| My friend and I whole-heartedly agree! We absolutely loved this tour - and a big part of the fun were our tour guides! We had Wendy for the first half of the tour. Then, we lost our group because of way too much gawking at the fabulous foods, and did the second part with Kirk! They were both truly hysterical, quick-witted, kind, informative, wonderful people! No question was too stupid, they welcomed it all!
The Meat Packing District is so unique. We never would have learned everything we did without this tour. Not to mention, an awareness of some wonderful restaurants in the area. Afterwards, we had mojitos at Son Cubano - per Kirk's recommedation!
Lastly, the Lobster Bisque at the Lobster Place was the best thing I've ever eaten. I still dream of it and will go back next year.
Thank you for providing such a great tour! It was loads of fun and a unique way to spend 3 hours in the city!

| The tour was excellent, well organised, informative and the food was fantastic. The tour was in an area that we would not have otherwise gone to, it gave a very interesting insight to the city. It was a highlight of our trip to New York. |

| We were in NY for 7 days. We stayed in the Chelsea area and found the Chelsea market tour online. It was awesome. We saw a lot of things in the 7 seven days we were here and this tour was, by far, the most informative and the most fun we had on this trip. If you are interested in food, history, or a wonderful morning/afternoon, take this tour.

| A group of friends and I wanted to try something different, and experience the city at the same time. We couldn't be happier having chosen Foods of New York. We're local, but find there is always something new to find here. Our guide was informative, and loads of fun. Who knew there was so much we didn't know about Chelsea Market and the Meatpacking District. Discovering the old and new New York is amazing, and the food was scrumptious. I'd recommend this tour to any one, and look forward to our next try. |

| I have been on the greenwich village tour twice and the Meat Packing District and both are wonderful. Our guide on the MPD was Curt and he was a hoot and a lot of fun. He made the tour. Thank you, Curt.

| We enjoyed discovering a part of NYC that we otherwise wouldn't have discovered. The Chelsea Market was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the chance to sit at the table at the back of the Italian restaurant to eat and relax. Our tour guide seemed to have to leave us quite a bit to run to set up the next food tasting though. His name was Kurt I believe. He was funny though and a joy to listen to. We had just done the Greenwich Village tour a few days before and had Mike for our tour guide and he had provided a lot of great history of the Village. I enjoyed hearing about the changes in the meatpacking district and Kurt seemed to have an adequate knowledge of the area. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. The food choices were great. We would definitely recommend to our friends. |
