| We had a great time!! Sam was a wonderful and caring guide. So much to see and do. We even made it to some places that weren't mentioned!! LOVED IT!!! |

| One improvement would be the order of the food stops. Not dessert first! Also, more time in the neighborhood and less in the Chelsea Market. |

| There were fourteen of us there and we all enjoyed the food and also the guide, he did an excellent job and was very informative. We will probably do it again next year, only we will go to a different area. |

| My small group thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Sam, was informative, amusing, accommodating and just plain fun. He was able to bring out the best of our whole group so that we operated as a small family for the 3+ hours. We even wanted to have a reunion! The market history and food were deliciously interesting. The walk around the surrounding streets and restaurants made me want to return with others. The time flew by and we didn't want it to end. I have spoken to others about this delightful day and I plan to take part in other tours soon. |

| Our guide Sam was great - funny and knowledgeable - and the entire group has a great time. Sam did well to remember all of our names. Word of warning - Don't eat beforehand. I've recommended the tour to friends who live close. You don't need to love cooking to find the tour interesting. |

| The info about Chelsea Mkt. vendors was interesting but decreased significantly as the tour progressed. Several slow times on the tour when we waited for the next "stop" could be improved and shortened in length with the same fantastic experience. |
