| A highlight of our recent trip to New York was a tour of the Chelsea Market . We enjoyed hearing about the changes that had taken place in the meatpacking district in recent years and the creation of the Chelsea Market.
The tour was well planned and carried out. The tastings gave us good variety and our guide was very knowledgeable. He gave a great deal of information in a nice, relaxed way. Food, stores, restaurants, history - he covered it all and yet we never felt rushed. We were able to ask questions and we had confidence in his answers.
Other members of the group proved to be pleasant and easy to get along with, making the whole experience one to remember and recommend.
Thank you for a really enjoyable afternoon. |

| We had a blast taking this tour. The food was great, our guide Darel was FABULOUS.
We arrived late, but that was Ok , Darel went back and made sure we got the full tour. I would do this again and again. |

| Exactly as in the blurb, good intro to a rapidly changing area, with some interesting food on the way around some interesting places.
From my perspective, our guide knew exactly how much to tell us to keep us interested, and when to simply wait and let us absorb a certain building. The time passes surprisingly quickly and the end of the tour is very interesting.
Recommended as a way of spending three hours learning about this bit of the city if you are interested, far far better than reading a guidebook or watching a documentary.

| I expected more food on a foods tour, but we got a cookie, soup, bread with cheese, and sampling of gelato the store was already handing out to the public. Then we were taken on a walking tour of the Meatpacking district and didn't necessarily get an inside look or special access that we wouldn't have gotten on our own. Our tour guide was very nice and funny, but the elements of the tour itself were not so impressive. |

| As neighbors to NYC, we live in Connecticut. Of all the times we have visited the city, we have never taken any tours. We considered the idea too touristy. Boy were we wrong. We took this tour based on my step mother's recommendation. It was fantastic. It is a great way to get an in depth look at a small geographical area of NYC. I was entertained for the entire three hours and learned so much. Our tour guide was personable, enthusiastic and totally funny. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about NYC. You don't even have to be a fan of the food to have fun on this tour. |

| We enjoyed getting a tour of the Chelsea Market and Meatpacking District. I had been on the Greenwich Village tour and enjoyed that as well. This one didn't cover quite as much ground but was still fun. Curt was a hoot. |
