| Great tour, I brought a group of 12 people with me, this was a tour
group, doing shows, shopping, and touring. Felt the tour was a bit
too long, 2 hours would have been enough, I had clients in my group
65 and over and it might have been a little too much standing and
walking for them. 2 hours probably would have been better.
Overall it was absolutely excellent, great guide, very knowlegable,
and very attentive to the group. Well book again for my groups
coming to New York. |

| I spent my 61st birthday on a tour with Darren (guide) and my son, who lives in NYC.
We had great fun. Darren was knowledgeable, considerate, personable and efficient.
I enjoyed learning about the rich history of the area as well as the background of its present day tenants. We very much enjoyed the frequent samples and tastings as well as the special attention they gave my special dietary restrictions. I am looking forward to going on another food tour when I am back in the city again, hopefully this spring.
Keep up the good work!! |

| This was my first trip to the UK. The trip had been recommended by a friends son who is resident in NY. It was excellent and our guide was so informative. It was all that I had expected and more. If you decide to go on this trip there are so many wonderful tasting sessions that you would not need breakfast - perhaps just a coffee.
Would recommend to all my friends and family. |

| The tour started right on time. Our tour guide was a delight. He was well informed, answered all our questions. The tour is definitely I would recommend, and will considered doing other tours with your company. |

| We happened to join the tour on a stormy day. The tour did not start well when a family of 8 was 10 minutes late. Diana, our guide, had to situate them, re-organize and rush back on schedule. This group of 8 had 4 children under 12 (one in stroller). Based on what I observed, young children in a group are not suited for this type of tour. They were eager to get to the food, asked random questions, and jostled around the adults and at times, they lost interest.. It was a challenging uncomfortable, distracting and tense 3 hours between Diana, the parents and the rest of the tour group.
The content of the tour was fun, interesting and veyr enjoyable. Beside having the ability to taste various food offerings, we saw the inside of the Morimoto and Del Posto restaurants. It would have been great if we could have seen the Food Network stages or kitchens.
My daughter (24yrs old) and I I would do the tour again at a different neighborhood. |

| Curt (Kurt?) is incredibly entertaining and personable. The food is varied and delicious. We had high hopes for the tour and our expectations were exceeded. I am fairly familiar with NYC but not this locale so it was really fun to learn about the changes to the area, while partaking of all the great nibbles - and honestly, most of the portions went way beyond nibbling! |

| We try to come every year in October to NYC. The Foods of New York Tours have really added to our experience and we always find a new, exciting restaurant to try as a result . Our tour guide was so easy and friendly with the group, as well as informative. She was helpfpul with visiting tips also.
We will come back! |

| I would encourage anyone to take this or any tour offered by Foods of New York. The Chelsea Market was fabulous, as was the inclusion of the Highline! Major bonus! Bob, our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. As with all food tours, it gives you great insight into the neighborhood and new favorite places to go!! Don't eat prior, you'll get plenty of generous samples--YUM!! |

| we met our tour guide who was from the area and knew a lot about the city and it's history - also lots of information about the green movement in New York, very cool.
Ok the food. we started with a bakery which had these amazing cookies with lots of goodies in them. we spent a large portion of the time in this cute, very historic mall/food court, which was once formerly a meat packing company. we sample lots of yumming food. love the cheese and crackers at the specialty shop. the last place to eat was this old italian restuarant with a lot of history and wonderfully made home pasta.
overall, I would recommend the tour if you really want to experience chelsea. |
