| My wife and I went on the Chelsea Market / Meat Packing District Tour on Saturday July 11th and we had a great time.
Our tour guide Kurt was knowledgeable, energetic and fun. The people at the shops and restaurants we visited were all very nice and accomodating.
I was actually surprised at the amount of food we received. I am a big eater and expected to need lunch afterwards but the amount of food they gave us was more than enough.
I would recommend this tour for both locals and visitors to New York. |

| Our guide was very knowledgeable, she answered all our questions and we had a lot. She was quick on her feet even though one foot wwas in a walking cast. she took us to terrific places of NY history, places we never knew existed. We loved every part of the tour especially the eating places - a wonderful blend of history and contemporary culture in one afternoon. Before you know it you too will feel like a member of the nieghborhood. This was our second tour with Foods of NY - just terrific. see you on the next one ! |

| The tour was fantastic. The group leader Kurt made it so much fun and educational. I have had the Greenwich Village tour and was lucky enough to have Kurt for that one too. He is knowledgeable and very funny.
The food was delicious. |

| I took my mom to this as a belated Christmas gift. I'm really glad we waited till summer because it was a beautiful day to walk around. The guide, Bob, was very knowledgable and friendly. The food was delicious, and I learned a lot. We are locals, so it was a slighly different experience for us. I knew a lot about the vendors in the market, but didn't know that much about the specifics in the Meatpacking District. My only qualm is that when I made the reservation, whoever took my reservation for the tour didn't ask if I had any dietary restrictions. I don't eat red meat, and there was quite a bit of it on the tour. Not a ton, but I missed a tasting or two because of it. Bob said they could have worked with it if they had been told. |

| Absolutely loved your walking/eating tour of the Chelsea Market and the Meatpacking district. My ONLY objection was the order in which the tastings occurred. The first thing we tasted was Eleni's everything cookie which I consider to be dessert. Soups, pastas, lunch meats, scones, and chocolate milk were all tasted in random order. I would have preferred that the tour be organized more in the order of a good meal. |

| My friend and I had a great time on the tour, we plan to do more from Zerve. Our guide that day was funny and a joy and full of fun facts and interesting history that even a history buff of the area would not be aware of. If you have an afternoon free and would like to spend it playing tourist in your own NY back yard this is the way to go. Or if you are visiting NYC and would like see a small bit of its history in food and landmarks this is the way to go. |

| Tour and tour guide were excellent. Think of the "tour" as a combination of food tasting and history of the district. Good variety and portions of food. A very nice and different thing to do in the city. |
