| We learned a lot on the tour and were given plenty to eat. Sam was an excellent tour guide and we will try one of the other Zerve tours next time we are in NY. Highly recommend. |

| I have been on all three food tours. This tour covers the smallest area. Two hours and twenty minutes take place in the ten (?) year old market and only the last 40 minutes take place outdoors in a 4-5 block area surrounding the market. I would have prefered to explore the neighborhood and old establishments which have been around for decades like the other two tours do. I still enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Sam. was top-notch. He was personable (he called everyone by their first name), friendly, funny and seemed to enjoy people. There was more than enough to eat and you are hearing this from someone who can eat a lot. Everything tasted great. My favorite was the soup. |

| Following the Greenwich tour we had high expectations for Chelsea MKT / meatpacker and to cut a long story short we were not disapointed. The tour itself was interseting and lively, our guide Sam full of information and stories. We will be recommending the tours to all our friends visiting New York. |

| This tour was in line with what we were looking for; a tour of the area where the Food Network is housed as-well-as multiple food stores and specialty shops and bakeries. The guide was energetic, witty and very approachable to all in the group.
This was our second tour while in NYC and our guide, Sam, was excellent about asking whether or not we needed to be escorted back to the origin. The previous tour guide ended the tour and left us basically to our own devices to get back to the origin. Not a big deal for a local but an out-of-towner might feel somewhat uneasy.
Overall - a highly enjoyable way to spend three hours in a teriffic city!

| BOB WAS A GREAT GUIDE ON THIS TOUR OF CHELSEA MARKET AREA.
HIS KNOLEDGE OF THE HISTORY OF THIS AREA WAS EVIDENT AS WE ALL
WANTED TO LEARN DETAILS OF THE OLD NABISCO FACTORY AND SURROUNDING AREA. WHILE STROLLING SAMPLING THE MARKETS CULINARY DELIGHTS WE ALL ENGAGED IN GREAT CONVERSATION.
WE ALL SURE HAD A GOOD LAUGH PASSING HOGS & HEFFERS THEN TRYING
TO SNEEK A PEEK INTO THE BUDA BAR WHERE WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY
A VERY RUDE GENTLEMAN. ( OUR U.S. DOLLARS WERE NO GOOD THERE
I GUESS THEY ONLY TAKE FRENCH EUROS )
I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ALL THE DETAILS OF THIS TOUR AWAY BUT I AM SURE
ANYONE WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME ON THIS ONE .

| Our group was 3 couples , all interested in the history, local character of the
neighborhood, and unique quality and variety of the "groceries" at the market.
K(C?)urt, our well informed and lively tour leader, made the 3 hours the best
any of us spent while in NYC. Don't miss this opportunity to taste great food and
get a real feel for this neat part of NYC.
The others in the group were so pleased with my recommendation to do
the tour, I was a hero for the day! |
