Curt, our guide, was enthusiastic, maintained our interest, and overall was wonderful. This was our second food tour (some of us went on the Greenwich Village tour last year), and I would highly recommend it. There were eleven of us on the tour. We enjoyed learning about Chelsea Market as well as an area of Manhattan we were not familiar with. I hope you can add new sections of NYC for food tours--perhaps something in Brooklyn?

I was told about these tours from a friend who recently went to NY. Thought it sounded fun so my daughter and I went on the tour of Chelsea Market the first day we arrived. My husband had business meetings. We loved not only the food and tour of the different restaurants but the history of the area and how the development of it came about was very interesting. Our tour guide did a great job and he really knew what he was talking about. We took my husband there on Saturday and did our own "mini" tour with him. Would recommend it and plan on doing another one of a different area on our next trip to the city.

Our group of four, which consisted of a local couple and an out-of-town couple, loved the tour. Our guide, Kurt, was funny, interesting and knowledgable. The tour was extremely well organized. One member of the group is a vegetarian and accomodations were made for her. We highly recommend this tour!

An excellent introduction to Chelsea Market and the meatpacking area for those who did not know of its existance before going on the tour.

the highlight of the tour was our guide Bob. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even as a local, we were impressed with the history of this area. Where i expected the food to be my favorite part of the tour, the same actually was my least favorite part.

A wonderful way to spend 3 hours in NYC. The Chelsea Market was a treasure. Interesting and flavor filled. The addition of Curt as our guide was the topping on the cake (all puns intended).

The tour was very informative, interesting and fun. The foods we tasted were delicious. Our guide Darrell was exceptional and very efficient, too. The only complaint is that there was much too much food! And it was so good we couldn't say no. We visited a couple of restaurants that were not open for business, and were so impressed that decided to have dinner later in one of them, Morimoto--thank you for that! We also stopped for a drink at another, Son Cubano. And as a New Yorker who had never been to Chelsea Market, I am placing it on my list of things to do again and again. The out -of-towners in our group were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tour. Good job!!!
