| Darrel was a great tour guide. Plenty of good eats. Recommend doing it early in your trip so that you can return to some of the places to eat again. Great tour for a bad weather day. One person in our group has breathing problems with exertion , and was able to do this walking tour with out difficulty. Would have loved to have had enough time to do the other tours as well. |

| I booked this tour for a school project with my group (we're doing NYC foods). None of us were sure if the tour would be helpful, considering we are doing a thesis project, not a report. To our surprise, the tour was incredibly helpful and has inspired us. In addition, it was a complete blast! The tour guide was a riot and had lots of information, the food was TERRIFIC, and it was overall just a good time. I highly recomend this to people of all ages, whether they be students, tourists, food consesours, or people just looking for a good time. Two thumbs up!!! |

| My 19 year daughter and I have been going to NYC during spring break for the past three years. I came across the Chelsea Market food tour on the internet and we decided to give it a try. We had a nice variety and plenty of food. Our tour guide, Darrell, was great. He was informative, interesing, and had a good sense of humor. We did the tour at the end of our NYC stay, but I recommend it for the beginning in case you would want to revisit some of the shops and/or restaurants. |

| I've taken the Greenwich Village tour from the same company twice before and that one is perhaps a fraction more enjoyable, particularly the "eating" element of the tour.
However once outside Chelsea Market, I actually found the historical details of the Meatpacking district and the story of how it has recently developed to be fascinating and well told. Bob, our guide, seemed to have a good grasp on the facts and presented the information in an entertaining fashion.
A couple of the tastings were unremarkable (the milk place springs to mind) and I would have been happy to miss that out and spend longer looking around establishments in the Meatpacking district. |

| I recently went on the Chelsea Market tour as part of a culinary arts tour of New York City. I was travelling with students from my Home Economics class in Vancouver Canada. We really enjoyed the tour and the tastings were awesome. Definitely enough food for lunch and then some! The guide was very knowledgable and showed us a lot. I would highly recommend this tour. | Hi,
It was my sisters first time to NYC and I had already done the Greenwich village food tour and wanted to do another one. So we decided on the Meat-Packing tour. It was a blast all because of a great tour guide Darrell. He was so much fun and was a wealth of knowledge. I would recommend it to all. Just a hint most of the food tour took part inside so no need to dress really warm .
