The 3 plus hours went by very quickly. The tour guide was full of interesting details and kept the tour moving. I felt we covered a lot of ground in Chelsea Market and the Meat Packing District and got a good overview of the high points. The food samples were generous and made for a more than adequate lunch.

The Chelsea Market tour was absolutely amazing. I would highly suggest it to anyone. It's also a great value for the price and what they say is true, don't eat before, you'll definitely get plenty to munch on! Our guide Kurt was wonderful. He went above and beyond and took us for a wonderful walk around the Meatpacking District and to a few places off the beaten path. He really made sure we all had a great time. Take the tour, you won't regret it!

What made this tour so wonderful & enjoyable was our tour guide, Kurt, hands-down. He was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We live in NYC and have been through Chelsea Market bunches of times, but it was SUCH a treat to experience it this way "behind the scenes" with such a pro/insider. Highly recommend it!

They move the tour group in and out of the different venues amongst a lot of traffic with great ease. The distribhution of the goodies always goes smoothly, which is more important than you would think. Nice balance of eating and talking. Guides are fun.

Our tour guide was hilarious, engaging, and extremely knowledgable. He was able to pack a lot of activity and food into the tour without making anything overwhelming or tiresome. The food was great and we were able to learn and explore a lot of things we would have otherwise never know about. It was a wonderful experience!

This tour was a fantastic adventure for residents and non residents of NYC to learn some great historic and contemporary info, and eat fabulous food. Our tour guide, Diana, a native New Yorker, was fun, interesting and personable! Her knowledge and enthusiasm kept us engaged for three hours plus. Two recommendations: Go hungry and wear comfortable shoes!

We've done 2 others in the village. have enjoyed them all. Probably preferred the other 2 because more useful restaurant (vs. shop) information than this one. But still very enjoyable.

We've been to the original Food of NYC tour in Greenwich and thought we should go to another one to learn more about the city, even though we have spent our lives here. All I must say was, it was fantastic. Nice little tour of places that we just didn't know existed. And the tour guide,Diana was very enthusiastic and informative. Can't ask for anything more. Thanks for a great time.
